The place is tired and needs some modernisation

Location was great and the pool areas are lovely however the sunbeds are old and dirty

It was peaceful & convenient for town if one hires a scooter.

Thankfully this establishment wasn't in the town centre which would have been far too busy & noisy for my friend and I.

Unfortunately the food quality at breakfast time was terrible. No real pork or bacon. We tried on day one their alternative but it is not to be recommended. Alas, the fruit smoothies are not pure fresh fruit, they were loaded with sugar & a ghastly syrup.

Nice place, probably not worth how much it costs still a lot of things they need to sort out.

Pool was nice but could be more clean, 7-eleven very near. The shower was warm.

The room was dirty when we arrived with other peoples rubbish and pants lying around the room, however the staff were very apologetic and sorted it out right away. WiFi didn’t reach our room which was really annoying. I think there’s only one cleaner for the majority of the rooms bless her. I think it would be a good idea for the hotel to hire more cleaners to give her a hand. Online it says check out at 12 so we took our time packing to move on, however, the staff wouldn’t leave us alone and banged on our door multiple times asking us to leave. I understand they need to get the room clean and ready for the next people but if you say check out is at 12 then obviously I’m going to use that time to relax a few more hours and get my stuff together. Maybe change the time to check out at 8 or 9.

Nice, but not the best 'atmosphere'

The reastaurant's location was beautiful and the massage area was nice (and people were very nice there as well).

The room facilitites were not as good as expected, and even though the people around were nice and friendly the atmosphere was just a little stiff. The electricity went off because of rain, and the rooms went totally dark. The staff said they could not help us when we asked if they had some lights or something, and we had complete darknes for hours. Not their fault of course. They also said we could not get our quite dirty room cleaned before the day after.

Great location at an affordable price!

Staff was very friendly. 2 pools and right next to the beach. Bed was comfy and the place was very clean. Location was really good. Most of Koh Lanta is spread out, but we had a few restaurants nearby and a 7-11 right there. Price was very affordable.

It looks like they are slowly making improvements to some of the bungalows, but ours was a bit old and in need of some update. However, we paid a very affordable rate and didn't expect it to be brand new and we were very happy with our stay!

I initially booked only two days. But I am so happy that I stay a week longer. I felt very comfortable and safe from the first moment. The people are super nice and the bed is comfortable. It even has 2 pool :) For this price unbeatable. For this price you get a lot. The bar small and has a quiet familiar with lots of cozy seating. Food tastes super delicious. Thank you already for this great stay.

We had a nice bungalow at the inner swimming pool. Away from the noisy street, in.a beautiful garden. The bed was perfect, not too hard. The seafront restaurant is nice too.

Stuff was great. Pool is great way to start the day, before you jump into the sea. It is a bit more laid back place, very suitable for families. If you are looking for party, there are some more noisy places 10min walk by the beach.

Definetly recommended! We stayed at this place for 3 weeks and we could stay longer! It's simple but confy. The staff is incredibly kind! Great swimming pool by the beach. The restaurant is by the beach as well, which was the best office we could have to get some work done. Internet works OK in the room, but it's better at the restaurant - 120mb speed, nice for videocalls. The restaurant is OK but a little pricy. It's good for happy hour. There are a few restaurants around the area and big 7-11 at the corner. Hotel laundry costs around 40 baht/kg. The beach at the hotel is nice for snorkeling and sunsets are always incredible. It's recommended to rent a scooter to get to know the beaches in Koh Lanta. Also recommend to do the 2 island tour (koh rock and koh ha), which you can buy at the hotel. Thank you Naan for hosting us, it was a pleasure to meet you! <3 The place is great. You'll love. Just come!

We liked the garden and swiming pool in it. Also it was good that it was empty, very little people staying.

The biggest mistake was to book breakfast for all time of staying. Nobody could make anything to eat. They were not ready at all. Would run out of everything you would order. Then go to the store and buy. Which took ages to wait. It wouldnt bother us so much but we were there with hungry kid. So why they offer even such an option? The room we ordered originally was smelling mold ant the water after rain was all over. So after we complained they changed it. In other room we got everything was ok except for the beds.. Very old mattresses, the bed old and broken in some places. The stuff and owners, which were around were really unfriendly. It looked like we are there to bother them. Maybe the pandemy striked them badly. It was the worst stay for us in Thailand.

Shower doens’t work correctly. Bungalow very ugly inside. Worst cocktails we had since in Thaïland. Eoom not cleaned correctly. Swimming pool very dirty. Also very dirty around the stairs to the beach. You can’t swin in the sea at this location.

It was a very quiet place two pools, One at the seafront, and one in the backyard, Everything clean, the locals were nice and cautious They have a tatooshop there, the painting I saw was really nice. A 7eleven is just the street up.

In the description on booking.com they offered a free pickup from Saladan Pier. I wrote them, about pick up time, no answer on booking.com of course no accommodation. The Lady on the Check in counter told me there is NO pickup service. The light in the bathroom wasn't working, an in the one light in the sleeping room was fixed with tape. But the worsed was that the doors have splits, an in the bathroom sealing there was also an open spot, that leads a lot of mosquitos in, I was unable to sleep last night, and now I've about 20 bug bites. (I always turned off the light, before I opened the door so I wondered) The beach is nice to look, but way to rocky to swim, I've really tried it 😉

Anläggningen är nära vattnet. MAYAN TIKI BAR och Resturangen har utmärkt service!. De har två Pooler, en nära havet den andra inne på området.

Anläggningen är mycket SLITEN. Spruckna/Trasiga handfat och Toa stolar. Polerna slitna, trasiga kakel plattor, avstängd Vatten rening på den innre poolen.
