God choice for a budget stay in Lanta - everything that you need.

Great space, with a nice little kitchen as bonus. It is tucked in in a quiet part of the high street and very close to the beach. good terrace, good services, and near everything. I would recommend it to anyone on a budget.

Easy to access and spacious

Spacious apartment close to the beach. Has kitchen utensils. Good parking under the roof. Restaurant next door. Bike rental available on site. 7/11 available by walk. Decent big bad and wardrobe.

Could hear noise in morning from construction located back yard. Curtains in kitchen also would be nice.

Bargain for price.

Ste staff have clear communication. I arrived a little too early and they got my room sorted as soon as they could. But in the meanwhile the directed me to where I could get food beer or anything else I wanted. If you can't drive or don't want to speak with the man at Jimmy's fried chicken he will take you anywhere and pick you back up at the arranged time you requested. Highly recommend this place. Yeah it's a little away from things but you can get a return to most places for 100 bhat. Or just walk up the road and a random taxi will stop. But boss man in Jimmy's is cheaper I swear. Huge bed and super comfy. I slept like a baby.

5 nights, no one ever cleaned our room. non-existent reception. dirty room from first day. ants in the bathroom no hot water It was difficult to find somewhere to have breakfast nearby, there was only 7eleven.(Market) location in front of a small beach, but the nicest beaches were to the south so about 30 minutes away. Mosque attacked so a lot of noise at different times of the day and night

You can do better

The place is a cute short walk away from a nice sunset spot and a pretty nice beach. The A/C is great. We enjoyed the restaurant options nearby.

When we arrived, we spent 20 min looking for the owner whose english was not good so it was hard to communicate. The kitchen/dining area is too hot therefor unusable. The shower has no pressure so we showered ourselves with a hose. In low season (april) you can find a cheaper, more accommodating place closer to the beach which is what we did afterwards.

Locatie

Vieze badkamer met roestige douche en schimmel. De gehele ruimte rook naar kelder. Zeer oncomfortabel om te zijn. De slaapkamer had kieren waardoor dieren(muggen ed) naar binnen kwamen. Deuren sloten niet volledig af en ook bij de kozijnen zaten kieren. Tevens hing er bij ons balkon in de bossages een grote bijennest. Kortom vreselijke plek om te zijn en te slapen.

Kaikki oli todella hyvin täällä. Henkilökunta oli super mukavaa, huone oli todella hyvä ja siisti, myös tosi iso. Suihkusta tuli vettä hyvällä paineella.

Jos sataa vettä, sen kyllä kuulee. Muuten ei yhtään mitään valitettavaa!

Geen faciliteiten verder en keken tegen een muur aan. Bij de foto’s staat een zwembad maar die was nergens te bekennen .

Fantastisch verblijf helemaal voor jezelf.

Erg mooi appartement! Ontzettend groot en je kan er helemaal tot rust komen. Heeft een terras dus avonden buiten gezeten.

Douche was niet heel warm. Dat had echt beter gekund.
