A great room very comfortable with great views and easy access to all amenities.

Brilliant location in the beach area of Monterosso. Easy access to rail and ferry boat to visit the towns of Cinque Terre. Great views from the balcony. Very gracious and helpful owner of the property with good attention to detail.

There was no lift but this was made very clear on booking.

We loved that we could stay here in Monterosso for 5 nights and easily go by train to cinque terre

The location was perfect. Close to the train and the beach and right across the street for a famous michelin star restaurant called Miky. The refrigerator was stocked and free and we were close to cafe's, shops and more.

There are stairs to get to the room but that didn't really bother us since everything else was so great.

Enhanced our visit to this lovely area

The room had been renovated with the best of everything. Fittings were fabulous. Also plenty of USB ports for charging. Lots of lighting options. Close to the sea and pleasant neighbourhood bars and restaurants. Incredible generosity from the host. Davide proudly showed us a really well stocked mini bar and snacks area. He then proceeded to tell us that it was all complimentary. Also, he gave us a really nice intro to the area. Staying here i enhanced our stay.

Fantastic stay at Monterosso Rooms and would definitely stay there again!

Davide and his wife were just lovely. They were there to greet us when we arrived and helped us with our luggage up the steps to our room. So many wonderful restaurants and things to do right there. Trains are steps from the room but not too close. Fantastic location! Very comfortable room with modern amenities. They left our room stocked with complimentary snacks and a bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed one evening on the terrace overlooking the sea!

In a perfect world, an elevator to the room on the 4th floor would have been nice but we need the exercise and didn’t mind one bit.

We stayed in 5 different hotels in Italy, and this was the most up to date and modern, and charming!

It is literally right across from the beach! Ocean view from the roof top that is only shared by two rooms! After dinner, we went upstairs and had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the gorgeous surroundings. The owner is so kind. His property has been in his family for years and can give great suggestions on how to best visit all the towns. He suggested using the ferry for at least some of it, so we can see it from the ocean. So glad we did. The views were stunning. He helped us find the easy parking right across the street. He gave dinner suggestions. The restaurant next door is a Michelin Star restaurant, if you are looking for a different experience. The food had a ton of flavor and was unlike anywhere we had ever been (it was expensive, but it was my birthday so we wanted something totally different). If you don't want "fancy" there are many more options literally right next door as well. It took me forever to decide where to book. I wanted to be close to the train station to visit the other towns, close to parking, and right on the main road. This hit all of them. After an exhausting day of visiting the other towns, you will be glad to have a place that is close to the train station (if you do your last leg via train). I was relieved to not have to walk back up any hills to our hotel at that point. One of the photos is of our rooftop deck under a full moon! The other photo is right across the street the next morning where we had our espresso (get up early to avoid crowds). JUST BOOK IT! You will not regret it.

The property is perfectly situated in Monterosso. It’s wonderfully clean and the balcony is AMAZING! Davide greeted us upon arrival and never stopped being helpful. He was also very thoughtful with gifts of welcome and continuing to clean the place every day.

Rating: 10/10 The room was absolutely perfect – 10 out of 10! Super clean, beautiful and comfortable. The host Davide and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, like the amazing „l'Osteria" nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone! The stay was incredible, best location on the island, Davide was a great host and really made me feel like Monterosso was at home. He gave great recommendations and the room was immaculate when we arrived. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Monterosso

Excellent location in the heart of Monterosso with wonderful views. Modern clean room with excellent ammenities. Our host, David, was extremely helpful, excellent to deal with and always willing to offer the best advise about the area. I would highly recommend this property.

Charming room in a great location. It’s a few steps from the beach shops, grocery store, restaurants and train station.

Location, location, location! This room was so comfortable and had very modern amenities. It has a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The room is well insulated and quiet. It also has an automatic shade that can be used to cover the balcony doors. There is a small grocery store across the street that we found very convenient. The hosts are very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

This place is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so bringing a big heavy suitcase is not recommended.

Pleasant surprise after disappointment at other properties during our vacation

The property was a short walk from the train station. It was like hiding in plain sight at the property, leaving the masses that were walking the streets. The Monterosso Rooms was nicely appointed as you will notice that the property owners didn't skimp on their choices for finishes, security of the likes of a vault, as well as, access to a rooftop patio that overlooks Monterosso and the ocean. Best nights sleep on our vacation by far were there. Thank you to our hosts Davide & Daniella for a wonderful stay.

The only thing that could have been better was if we had longer than the 3 nights to stay there.

Great place🤩

A perfect place to stay in Monterosso! The room was beautiful and very clean. The host, Davide, was incredibly kind and even let us check in early. He also allowed us to safely leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The bed was super comfortable. Although the apartment is near the train tracks, it was surprisingly quiet at night — we slept very well. During the day, you can hear the trains, but it's not a big issue. The apartment is on the top floor, but that wasn’t a problem at all. The location is fantastic — right by the best beach in town, and close to cafés, restaurants, and the train station. We would definitely come back. Probably the best place we stayed in the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Davide!

Wonderful clean, modern room with excellent views and easy access to the train and great restaurants

The rooms were recently renovated and are very well done. The bed was very comfortable. The large window that opened on the balcony overlooked a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding area. This is on the newer side of Monterosso, so it was a straightforward 2-minute walk to the train station and along the walkway along the beach. The hotel is also across the street from a 1-star Michelin restaurant, Miky's (great!) The host was very easy to work with. He answered our questions and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. We wish we booked for more time. We heard the waves crashing into the shore with the windows open. The windows and room were very quiet with the windows closed.

We were not bothered by this, but want to share. The room is on the top floor, and does not have an elevator. The stairs were very easy to walk up, but if you must have an elevator, this might not be for you. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Only steps away from the best part of Monterosso. Perfect place to be based for a trip to Cinque Terre. Super comfortable and clean. Room size was great with a luxurious bathroom.

We were the first guests.They even left us wine bottle. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. Excellent location. Walkable to beach, station and restaurants. Flat walk to the apartment unlike many other apartments in cinque terre where you need to climb lot of stairs. Value for money.

Only downside is room is on the 4th floor without any lift. But this is how most hotels in cinque terre.

Rent og sentralt. Enkel inn og ut sjekking. To rom deler privat stor takterasse med utsikt over havet, vi hadde takterasse for oss selv da rom nr. 1 har egen balkong med utsikt/sol. Var gratis drikke i kjøleskap og kjeks, kjekt å komme til etter en lang reise.

Rom 2 har ikke utsikt, fra vindu ser du rett inn i en fjellvegg. Endel trapper i en trappe sjakt uten lys, måtte bruke lys fra mobil på kveldstid.

Camera moderna, pulitissima e molto comoda. Abbiamo trovato il bollitore con caffè, tisane, molti snack dolci e salati e frigorifero super fornito (mai successo in tutti i soggiorni che abbiamo fatto). Abbiamo dormito molto bene, materasso e cuscini doppi super!!! Posizione ottima, vicino al parcheggio Fegina dove abbiamo trovato posto senza problemi. Il proprietario è una persona super disponibile, che ci ha seguito dall’inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno, consigliandoci anche posti dove poter mangiare in modo eccellente. Lo consigliamo assolutamente e quando torneremo alloggeremo sicuramente qui un’altra volta. Vista mozzafiato dal balcone. Grazie ancora per questa vacanza stupenda!
