We could not have been happier with our stay! Right in the heart of old town, you’re a five minute walk from the beach and a ten minute walk from the train station. The rooms featured a comfortable queen bed, rather than the typical two firm twin beds pushed together. The best part of the stay was the lovely amenities. The continental breakfast was something we looked forward to every day. Freshly made cappuccinos, fruit bowls, and boiled eggs to order, among many other options. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. We will be back!

Everyone was so nice and the property had lots of unexpected bonuses with fresh orange juice, water, sparkling water and pastries available any time. I also loved the fresh fruit bowl and cappuccino in the morning. The beach towels and bag was also a nice touch.

My stay in Monterosso was amazing because of this hotel. The owner was so kinda and helpful. Our every need was met. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed in all of Europe. The breakfast was delicious. We were supplied beach towels and a bag. There was ice and cold water which was so nice during the summer. The patio space was great to hang out at and the view was amazing with so many plants and flowers.

We booked our room 6 weeks before we went. We are so glad we did. Our train was late to Florence & we missed our connection to get to Monterosso. We were going to get in after the 8:00 pm check in window. We called and they were kind to send someone to meet us & get us checked in. The cutest young lady who even offered to carry a bag up to the 2nd floor. The lobby is quaint & right off the lobby are the rooms. Our room was so charming with a loft where the bed was. If you have issues with stairs, it may not be for you. Everything was clean, comfortable & the view from our room was amazing. It overlooked the street w/ restaurants and shops. There is a blow dryer in the bathroom which was convenient. There is shower gel available. Water pressure in the bathroom was incredible! The balcony off the lobby was just wonderful. They provide hot tea, water & I think coffee juice all day. There are snacks available throughout the day like fruit and pastries. My favorite part was breakfast. The owner cuts up fresh fruit for you along with soft, medium or hard eggs for you in the steamer. There are fresh pastries & many filled. The fresh meats & cheeses were beyond delicious as was the fresh honeycomb available. We put the yogurt over our fruit & it was so good. He makes your coffee - all kinds. I'm not a coffee drinker but my husband enjoyed it. My husband & I wished we could have stayed longer. We'll be back someday! Thank you for making our anniversary special!

The facilities were wonderful and very clean. The rooms were large and the bathroom was large and comfortable. There is a beautiful patio with tables and chairs for relaxing and eating, fully equipped with beverages and an orange maker for making fresh juice from the provided oranges. The included breakfast was excellent and was served in a beautiful dining room. Food and fruit was available in the dining room 24 hours a day, as was the use of the dining room. We were there on Easter Sunday and the owner gave a gift of 2 locally crafted dishes/cups filled with chocolate eggs and wrapped in cellophane, tied with ribbons to look like an egg shaped basket. He is a very gracious gentleman, anxious to please. The location is excellent...close to the coast and shopping and dining.

The property was exactly like the website and it felt like a bed and breakfast only having six hotel rooms. The breakfast was simple and yet so charming. The location is in a nice quiet area away from the touristy hotels.

Our experience at the hotel was mixed. While the location was convenient for exploring the town, we encountered several issues during our stay. The TV in our room never worked, and we had no clear instructions on who to contact to report the problem. Although we enjoyed the town, our rental car, which we parked in a spot recommended by the hotel staff, ended up with three dents overnight. This was particularly frustrating, given that there were only three cars in the parking area. Overall, while the town was lovely, the lack of organization and these issues made our stay less enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel to improve its communication with guests and ensure the safety of their parking facilities.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It feels like a B&B in the best way. Wonderful coffee and breakfast. Nice location to shops and restaurants. As one should expect in Italy, there are steep stairs to enter and exit as main floor is up a full flight of stairs.
