Ottima struttura accogliente, pulita, dotata di confort, (letti e doccia comodissimi) e vicinissima alle mura della città e quindi al centro, posto auto gratuito, colazione ricca e variegata sia dolce che salata. Il signor Piero che ci ha ospitato è una persona premurosa , gentile, che offre oltre che all'ospitalità anche un servizio di spiegazioni, informazioni, mappe, tragitti, località del circondario, le specialità culinarie del luogo e i principali siti da visitare in città. Ripeterei volentieri l'esperienza.

Villa Rosa Antiqua is in a wonderful location, only about a five-minute walk through a stunning passage in the historic walls of Lucca that leads directly towards Via Fillungo, the city’s main street. It feels peaceful and tucked away, yet you are immediately in the heart of the old town.
The room is very comfortable and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Everything is clean, well organised and thoughtfully prepared.
Breakfast is excellent and includes delicious local specialities, including the traditional Buccellato di Lucca, the famous sweet bread flavoured with anise and raisins.
Piero is a very welcoming host and shared many helpful tips about Lucca, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
