Very comfortable stay
Self catering so no breakfast but lovely cafe downstairs with hot croissants and coffee. Liked the location and very clean.

centrally located
Francesco , the son of the host was super friendly and helpfull. If you are used to a little noise as its located on a square and above a small cafe than this huge appartment is the perfect spot to stay at la spezia near to the station , city center , supermarket, bakery etc. Clean , spaceous, … with airco!
Can be noisy in the weekends as the cafe is open till midnight, sometimes later or the people at the square, bring earplugs

Departamento amplio, luminoso y excelente ubicación.
Stefano nos esperó y nos dio las indicaciones para el departamento. Nos dejó una bandeja con café, tostadas y mermeladas, asi como agua fria, ideales para un dia de calor recien llegados desde la estación de tren. La ubicación es muy buena, a solo 5 min a pie de la estación de tren, muy conveniente para visitar Cinque Terre. Stefano nos envió indicaciones unos días antes, asi como información util para nuestra estadía (incluyendo restaurants, supermercado y paseos sugeridos). El departamento es amplio, muy luminoso y cómodo. Las cámadas son cómodas y los ambientes simples y amplios. La cocina es muy práctica y separadas del resto de los ambientes.
Aunque ya lo habíamos leído y lo esperabamos, al estar situado por encima de un café se siente el bullicio de la gente que concurre al mismo, pero no fue demasiado grave. La unica sugerencia que haría es la de incorporar algun estante en el sector de la ducha para apoyar los elementos de higiene personal.

Un apartamento acogedor para visitar las Cinque Terre.
La ubicación cerca del tren y del puerto, la comodidad, la amabilidad del amfitrión que nos facilitó información para hacer más fácil nuestra llegada y la visita. También los detalles del café, té, ... que nos ayudó en el desayuno. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Un apartamento muy acogedor.

Comodisimo apartamento para hacer base en La Spezia y conocer Cinqueterre
La ubicación excelente. Muy cerca de la estación de tren que comunica con los pueblitos de Cinqueterre
Por encontrarse frente a una plaza, el apartamento es un poco ruidoso y las campanas de la Iglesia tocan cada media hora.
