Belissima!

Lovely location, beautiful view and nature surrounding the accomodation. Nicola and all of the staff (Alessandra in particular) were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome and the cat, Gatto was veeeeeeery sweet and also welcomed us 😉😉

Great place to stay and visist Cinque Terre

The property looks way better than in photos:) the view and surroundings are incredible! The villa is very cute, apartments are simple but very well equipmented. Wonderfull olives sidehills all around! The staff was also VERY helpfull and nice, we really felt very important for them:)

Washing machine cost 10eur/wash and our apartament had only a small balcony witch was only out of sun, so nothing was getting dry. But our stay was short, so it wasnt a big problem.

For anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, you should come and stay at Olivium. A property facing the scenic valley and the city lights could be seen at a distance. The rooms are spacious with all kitchenette amenities and a wonderful spacious washroom along with a private space with dining table and a sofa set with a division to your room. The property is beautiful and located on a hill. The laundry services are great. There is also an outer sitting space with chairs and umbrellas to give you the choice to seek sun or shade. We usually loved Walking around and enjoyed the beautiful pool side with ample number of sunbeds to rest and read in peace. Our greatest heartfelt thanks to the wonderful owner Nicola who went over and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect stay. He was kind enough to have us dropped to the train station which was situated downhill. Also, a great thanks to Florin who gave us amazing recommendations to the Cinque Terre Villages and what all to do at the La Spezia. Overall a wonderful stay with our hosts.

Calm, clean, very welcoming

Olivium is a very beautiful and clean property in the middle of the olive trees and close to the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. Our apartment was very clean, very spacious and well equipped. Nicola was a very friendly and welcoming host - he provided great advice to us (restaurant, supermarket, cities to visit, things to do). We can highly recommend Olivium.

We loved absolutely everything! The apartment had everything we could possibly need. The host was very welcoming and sat down with us to explain where to park in town and what to see! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We loved that it wasn’t right in town but close enough for whatever you wanted to go do! We would stay here again in an instant!

The owner was welcoming. The location was perfect with the train station being 10 minutes away. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We highly recommend this place!

Awesome stay

Best host ever! They gave us all the info how to get to Cinque Terre and surroundings. As a "bonus" all the guests got an introduction on how olive oil is made not sure if that's included in the stay but it was a great and informative experience. The room was great, the kitchen well equipped, the bed very comfortable and oh boy! the view from our bedroom just amazing.

Lovely place to stay with beautiful views and amazing friendly staff.

We turned up early for our apartment but Vivek who runs the Olivium welcomed us so friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble for him and all the staff. He showed us around our apartment straight away. It was so lovely and clean and all the appliances you need. We had a balcony overlooking a beautiful view. We had a great carpark space never a problem to park there. Down the road is a train station that takes you to the beautiful Cinque Terre. La Spezia has a beautiful marina where you can look at all the super yachts and have coffee at the lovely cafes and also you can get on boat trips. There are many beautiful places you can visit. Vivek gave us a sample of home produced extra virgin olive oil which has been made from the olive trees on the property which you can see.

Everything was so good we just didn’t have enough time there. Will definitely be back for longer.

Absolutely beautiful spot in the hills with wonderful far reaching views. Our host was very welcoming and took time to chat and advise us on local sights and where to park for travel to The Cinque Terre. The apartments were beautiful and clean with everything we needed for self catering. There was a local shop a short drive away with local produce and some restaurants within short driving distance. The host has olive trees in the grounds and produces lovely olive oil. We tried some. The bed was very comfortable and there was air conditioning. There is a lovely swimming pool and we had a dip in it..on a hot day I can honestly fully recommend Olivium residence to get away from the noise but be within a few minutes drive of La Spezia..

It was wonderful staying at Olivium. The area is just so peaceful and calm in between the Olive trees. The hosts made us directly feel so welcome it was amazing. The apartment is fully equipped and everything is so clean inside and outside. This is a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend staying at Olivium. Big thanks to Nicolas and Viveka for everything, and we hope to come back again soon.

Quite and peacful location above La Spezia. Excellent service, very friendly owner. Perfect for travellers with a car. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

We spend a good time at Olivium. Villa is placed on the hills, above La Spezia, in a quiet location surrounded by olive trees. Nicola, the owner, was very helpful, giving us all the informations for what to see or where to eat. There are a couple of good restaurants around, with local food, reachable in a few minutes of driving. I recommend this place and hope to return one day.

The location was amazing, very quiet with beautiful views, a nice swimming pool to start or end your day and very friendly staff which provides you with information or just to have a nice conversation. Small local restaurants close by with very good diner opportunities. Besides this Olivium is a very good location to explore the surroundings, Cinque Terre or to go to the beach. We would definitely come back!

We felt at home

We arrived quite stressed from all this Corona madness. This was just bliss! So peaceful and quiet, the apartment very comfortable and clean and everything what you need. Amazing views! The owner, Nicola, such a sweetheart! And me made close friends with Gato, the cat. If you want to explore the area it’s the perfect starting point as it’s just in the middle of everything. I recommend a car though. We spent a wonderful week here and came home so relaxed and happy. Thanks so much Nicola! A big hug to you and gato!

L'Olivium est un petit havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure . L'accueil et la gentillesse d'Alexandra et son mari nous ont beaucoup plu. Leurs conseils nous ont permis de découvrir bien plus que ce que nous avions prévu . L'emplacement en hauteur offre une vue incroyable sur La Spézia . Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Excellent séjour au calme et dans la campagne avec vue sur La Spezia. Appartement très confortable, lumineux, très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les Cinq Terres et Porto Venere. Hôte très disponible, chaleureuse, accueillante, de très bon conseil , et parlant très bien le français. En voiture l'appartement n'est pas très loin de l'Ipercoop. Sinon l'hôte nous a proposé plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Un bel endroit que je recommande sans hésiter

L’emplacement et la terrasse en montagne qui surplombe la ville de Spezia La gentillesse de tout le personnel. À débuter par le propriétaire Nicolas qui s’assure que l’on passe un bon moment à son établissement. Il nous invite à prendre le café sur la terrasse le matin. Vraiment accueillant sans être envahissant. Alessandra qui travaille aussi à l’olivium était super gentille et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Ils nous ont suggéré de très bons endroits typiquement italien font un incroyable resto à 3 min de l’établissement. Un resto typique italien où nous avons souper et qui fut en soi une belle expérience sociale et culturelle de se retrouver en immersion ds un resto de quartier italien avec des locaux

Fantastiskt läge i bergen ovanför La Spezia. Nära till kusten, Florens, Pisa och Cinque Terra. Balkong med utsikt över La Spezia. Sköna sängar. Nära till många bra restauranger. Värden Nicola bjöd på kaffe och var otroligt trevlig. Hit vill vi komma fler gånger!
