So many stairs! The view is worth the climb, but getting luggage up to the apartment was a chore.

Very nice place with all you need for a great experience

Very nice apartment with everything you need in the kitchen. Nice Pool table and games available to play. Easy to arrive. Very near train station. Nice and helpful host.

Great view with a built in workout.

This was a great place to stay. The view was gorgeous, the apartment is up to date and comfortable. I appreciated the air conditioning in two of the three bedrooms.

We wish the third bedroom had ac. Also, you must be in shape to stay at this location. There are 45 stairs from the street and it is a very high hill to even get to the stairs. It was well worth it, but still pretty intense.

Decent stay with potential, but...

The View Apartment has an great location, just a short walk from La Spezia Centrale train station, making it a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre and nearby areas. The apartment is very spacious, comfortably fitting our group of four adults and two kids (5-year-old and 2-year-old), ideal for families needing room to spread out after sightseeing.

The apartment is on a hill, requiring a daily climb that’s tough with young kids. There’s no storage—lacking dressers or wardrobes—so we lived out of suitcases. The very large bathroom has only one towel hanger, and the shower’s base design with a slow drain spills tons of water onto the floor, needing cleanup after every use. The billiard table in the living room is broken and takes up space; few armchairs and side tables instead would make evenings more relaxing. Additionally, there’s no washer, which wasn’t listed in the property description (my oversight), but would have been incredibly useful for frequent laundry with kids. Overall, a decent stay with potential, but these issues make me hesitant to return without improvements.

Lovely flat with a beautiful view! Excellent!

The view was fantastic! The train station was an 8 minute walk. The apartment is well equipped, the air conditioning was very good in the heat. The pool table was great to play with our kids in the evenings. The host was always online, quickly helped to solve problems and answer questions. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet, we were able to rest well. There is a great coffee maker.

The house is located in a steep cul-de-sac (blind alley). It's hard to drive in with a big car. There are indeed a lot of steep steps leading up to the house, but for those who walk along the Cinque Terre hiking trails, it is not difficult. :) Parking is difficult in the city. It is possible to park for free about 20 minutes walk from the house, at Piazza d'Armi, but unfortunately there was a soccer match when we arrived, so we could only park in the underground garage of the train station. Here we paid 180 euros for 5 days of parking. If someone doesn't use the car during the holiday, don't park in the underground garage. Very expensive!

Perfect spot with a view in la spezia

Absolutely wonderful appartement ! Family of 5 we had a great stay. Great efficient arrival. Kitchen is well equipped with quality equipment. Even the wine glasses were better than could be expected. The spacious balcony with a spectacular views worth the stairs 🤣 lots of light.

A stand alone heater in the bathroom would have been Nice 🙂

Me encantó todo el alojamiento, era grande, cómodo, las instalaciones estaban nuevas y tenía de todo. Tenía una terraza con unas vistas increíbles, una sala de billar y varios aires acondicionados, las camas eran grandes y cómodas.

La única pega que podría poner es que solo había un baño para todos, que la ducha se atascaba un poco el agua y se encharcaba, y que para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir una cuesta enorme y varias escaleras, a cambio tienes vistas increíbles.

FANTASTICO

L'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso e ben arredato. La posizione è ottima, comoda alla stazione e perfetta per un weekend nella zona della cinque terre. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione per future occasioni. Un'ottima soluzione!

Gli unici aspetti da considerare sono la presenza di un solo bagno (per gruppi numerosi può risultare un po' scomodo) e le scale, che potrebbero essere impegnative per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

Wróciłbym

Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie z dużym tarasem i widokiem na miasto. Wszystko co potrzebne do gotowania, jest w kuchni. Bilard zdecydowanie na plus, tylko o 22:00 sąsiedzi mieli już z tym problem.

Nie ma szans na zaparkowanie w okolicy mieszkania, trzeba parkować na stacji kolejowej ( ok. 30 euro doba). Faktycznie trzeba się trochę wspiąć, ale dla młodych ludzi nie będzie to dużym problemem. Brak pralki.

L'emplacement proche de la gare, le billard qui est génial pour une soirée en famille. Les équipements, la taille de l'appartement avec des superbes grandes chambres et le balcon. La disponibilité et les bon conseils de notre hôte. Le check in facile pour récupérer les clés.

Pas de place pour se garer à part prendre un parking payant. Nous nous sommes garés au plus proche celui de la gare qui nous a coûté 50€ pour deux jours plein. Il faisait froid dans la maison malgré le chauffage qui peiné à cause de la grandeur des pièces. L'hôte nous a déposé le dernier soir un chauffage d'appoint.

Confort et vue

Superbe appartement, grand et bien aménagé, avec une belle vue. Le must : le salon avec billard ! Proche de la gare pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

En surplomb de la gare, donc un peu de bruit, mais ça n'a gêné qu'une seule personne du groupe, et la qualité de l'hébergement compense largement.
