Lovely apartments in a great location - We were sad to leave!

All three apartments shared a hallway, so we were able to open the doors and treat them as one large apartment with one main door. The apartments were wonderfully decorated - modern furnishings and bathrooms, clean, comfortable, and spacious bedrooms - with areas of exposed stone and wood-beamed ceilings to bring a touch of old world charm. It was just as pictured. Giordano and his housekeeper were very prompt and helpful in attending to any small questions/problems that we had. The air-conditioning in the heat of early Summer was amazing!

We loved everything, but those who are very sensitive to street noise might want to request one of the apartments that doesn’t face the street. It’s very convenient to be on the main pedestrian path, but lively folks outside at the restaurants can be loud, especially on late weekend nights. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if ambient noise keeps you from sleeping. The convenience was worth it to us and we enjoyed the liveliness of the area.

Great apartment close to all facilities

Excellent location. Close to la Spezia centrale and town centre. Clean, well appointed apartment. Spacious bedrooms that were beautiful and had very comfortable beds. The host was very helpful and provided prompt responses. Easy check in and check out.

Incredible place in La Spezia

The location was great, right in the centrum and there were a lot of restaurants and a few markets around it, being able to eat or buy something to eat in the apartment. The apartment was really cute and the comfortable for 4 adults. Giordano was nice, very helpful and does not take too long to answer you.

The only issue was the door handle which was broken and it was a little bit difficult to open the door at the first time.

Excellent value for the money we paid, certainly a property worth serious consideration in La Spezia

First, my wife and I were just on a month-long trip to Switzerland and Italy, and La Casa di Gio was one of the better properties where we stayed during our trip. Thanks Giordano! The property is located less than a 10 minutes' walk almost in a straight line from the train station in La Spezia. This was key to us since we intended to travel by train to the 5 villages in Cinque Terre during our 3 days stay in La Spezia. The property is also located on a main artery in La Spezia with bar, restaurants and shopping of all sorts close by. Our room was impeccably clean, cute and cozy, yet with ample space for a couple and all necessary equipment readily available. Communication with our host Giordano was efficient throughout our stay.

I am pushing it to find something to say here, but some instructions on how to use the washing machine would have been useful, albeit I am sure that communication with Giordano and his staff would have solved this situation if we really needed to.

Great home base for family holiday

These apartments were the perfect home base from which our two families (5 kids from 11-18) could explore Cinque Terre. Well situated near the train station and many amenities, they were also a quiet and comfortable retreat after long days of hiking or the beach. With windows closed, you couldn’t hear any outside noise. La Spezia is lovely and lively, and we enjoyed the outdoor pop-up restaurant scene by the harbor, where we could talk, play games, and eat long into the night.

we were happy to find a very functional space and easy location for our short trip

location near the station was ideal as we were all needing public transport during our stay to vist the cinque terre areas. Very easy to get around. Gio was very easy to get in touch with , with any queries and was very responsive and understanding of our needs .

we had low water pressure so showers were not very powerful but Gio our host, explained how things were in the city and we were happy with his helpful response.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the shopping district surrounded by excellent restaurants! Fantastic host who responded quickly and assisted with all of my needs. I felt well taken care of and quite at home in this luxurious, quaint apartment in La Spezia. I've stayed in La Spezia many times and this apartment is my favorite. I will be back!!

Great place for La Spezia and basis to go Cinque Terre

We booked last minute on-the-day and all went smooth. The apartment is in a pedestrian zone, very central to whatever you like and thus also close to the train station into 5-Terre. Facing a small inner court it is not very bright but then you do get a quiet place in a busy city center ... esp. noting that getting something "quiet" in a city center is quite difficult (verify for example reviews for the expensive hotels). The place was very clean, well equipped kitchen.

Wifi in the bedrooms, we used our own range extender to get it to work.

Se trata de un estudio , muy bonito, bien decorado , con una cama bastante cómoda . Muy bien situado , cerca de la estación de tren . Aceptan mascotas . La amabilidad del propietario

En cuanto al estudio todo perfecto. El único inconveniente el aparcamiento ( estacioné en el aparcamiento de la estación y resultó caro - con el añadido de no ser un parking vigilado ). Estaría bien tener un parking concertado

Supercentralt läge, bara 5 minuters promenad från tågstationen. Vår lägenhet låg mot en ganska tråkig och skräpig innergård, det fanns terrass, men så liten och smal så att sitta där var helt uteslutet. Sköna sängar och gott om plats i lägenheten , vi var 5 vuxna. Trots det mycket centrala läget var det knäpptyst på nätterna. Kommunikation med värden skedde via WhatsApp och funkade jättebra. Vi fick alltid snabba svar.

Hade förhoppning att kunna äta frukost ute på terrassen, men det var bara att glömma då terrassen var jätteliten och saknade möbler.

Lo mejor la ubicación y el wifi que incluía Netflix. Baño muy grande. La cama y almohadas bastante cómodas. Nada de ruido para dormir. Lo único que el tamaño del apartamento era un poco justo, pero tampoco es un inconveniente, te apañas perfectamente.
