Spotless 😁

Recommended!

Mandela and her husband are kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Although it's right in the middle of town, because the rooms are along the garden at the back, it is quiet. Kettle and mini fridge in the room and safe parking for bicycles. La Spezia is a nice town with several good museums.

Amazing! Recommend

A very great location in the city center, but very quiet. Amazing host, very friendly, let us check in early and left some goodies for us. Provides umbrella’s for the rainy days for free. Rooms are very clean. Highly recommend the hosts.

Beyond my expectations

The owners were so nice! Since our train was delayed, we went there late, one of the owner stood in front of the property to greet us at 8 pm smiled and waved at us. I never received a hospitality like this before. So impressive!! Moreover the room was super clean and provided everything we need. Even free snacks and drinks.

Location was great. Everything provided was good.

The property was not so easy to find. I did arrive about half an hour before my expected time, so there was no-one to meet me. I had organised to leave my luggage there while I went to PortoVenere in the morning. I couldn't find anyone when I left, so just left my luggage in a covered area. Owners were there when I came back.

Best stay in Italy

The property is in a perfect location, a few minutes walk both from the train station and the port, yet so quiet. You have everything you need on your doorstep. The little garden was perfect for our morning coffee or to unwind after a busy day. The room and bathroom were both spacious and nicely decorated and CLEAN. Manuela was the perfect hostess, and the older gentleman who was there tending to the garden was also super sweet and helpful!

La Spezia is wonderful, the location is very central yet quiet--inside the host's garden.

The location was excellent and the hosts were very friendly.

The apartment does not have screens so there can be mosquitos, but that's pretty typical in Italy.

The hosts were amazing! They welcomed us like friends, even a little language barrier wasn't a problem. The location is perfect- very close to both the central station a the harbor. I would visit again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Spezia, nous avons pu profiter des 5 villages, le logement étant proche de la gare

-L’emplacement (à 5min à pieds de la gare, vraiment pratique pour rejoindre et revenir des villages à la journée) -la Gentillesse de la patronne -Le logement est neuf et extrêmement propre

-Le logement sentait un peu l’humidité -Les oreillers et le matelas n’étaient pas très confortable

Habitación en casa muy linda,comoda, muy buena ubicación. Muy tranquilo y seguro.

Casa hermosa, mucha vegetación, habitación cómoda, grande, limpia. Manuela y Franco excelente personas, nos ayudaron con un cambio que tuvimos que hacer. Muy atentos, se agradece. Ubicación excelente, cercano al tren y a calle principal. Agua siempre helada para llevar.

Week end in Liguria

La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere la stazione di La Spezia centrale che per fare due passi in centro. La camera è molto ampia, dotata di frigo bar e armadio capiente, apprezzato anche il cestino con brioche, marmellate te e caffè solubile per una colazione veloce. Da evidenziare l’accoglienza ed il garbo dell’host che ci ha fatto trovare la camera già rinfrescata al nostro arrivo. Ci ritorneremo!

Giusto due appunti. per chi desidera il buio totale si potrebbe mettere l’oscurante su entrambe le finestre (quella storica piccolina lasciava trapelare degli scorci di luce). Bagno spazioso ma (almeno nella nostra camera) non dotato di bidet.

Excelente ubicación, bonito entorno y cómoda habitación

Ubicación muy central y cercana a estación de trenes La Spezia Centrale. Muy buena ubicación como base para recorrer Cinque Terre. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, y también nos ayudaron para guardar nuestro equipaje luego de check-out. Muy cómodo, lindo entorno de la habitación. Tienen unos jardines interiores muy lindos. Además nos dejaron algunas colaciones. No había ruido y pudimos descansar muy bien :) muchas gracias!! Recomendado

Lo único que recomendaría sería renovar las almohadas, el resto todo muy bien.

Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis, sont très gentils , dommage que notre italien n'est pas parfait pour pouvoir discuter ,car il y a du partage avec eux. l'endroit est très bien placé dans une arrière-cour au calme . La chambre est très spacieuse avec un mini bar , une belle douche et salle de bain très propre, j'ai fait tous les jours ainsi que le lit. Vous Disposez d'un parking à 5 minutes de la location à pied , ,park centro stazione https://maps.app.goo.gl/9SUH2QQmVZnS1FKq5 ou un forfait de 30 € est disponible sur l'horodateur à valider à votre sortie !!! sans utiliser votre ticket d'entrée.

C'est vraiment très minime, mais un petit rideau occultant sur la petite fenêtre serait le bienvenu .

Guter Stopp für den Cinque Terre Ausflug

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Hafen. Sehr ruhig, weil im Hinterhof-Garten. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und wir konnten unser Gepäck bis zum Abend deponieren, sogar im Zimmer mit unserem Schlüssel

Una estadía que superó mis expectativas, tanto por el departamento como por la ciudad.

La ubicación es excepcional. Al lado de todo y cerca de todo: centro, puerto, estación de tren, restaurantes. Nos sentimos muy seguros además. Nos permitieron check in anticipado sin costo y fueron muy amables al recibirnos en el horario establecido, dándonos todas las instrucciones y las llaves. El departamento es hermoso, impecable, espacioso. El colchón muy bueno. Al estar en un patio interior no se escuchan ruidos desde afuera, por lo que dormir es una garantía. La ducha es genial. Te dejan en una bandeja opciones para desayunar. La limpieza es diaria. El check out fue autónomo. Todo perfecto y muy sorprendida por La Spezia como ciudad. La usamos de base para conocer Cinque Terre y la ciudad nos enamoró también. La relación precio-calidad es sobresaliente.

Bon séjour, remarquablement situé; hote à l'écoute et très sympatique.

Pas de petit déjeuner prévu. Endroit très calme, bien situé, bon confort. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un ou deux fauteuils pour pouvoir se poser facilement.

Il serait peut-être possible d'ajouter un fauteuil pas très grand pour pouvoir se poser tranquillement.

Hospedaje perfecto para conocer Cinque terre

Muy lindo lugar, habitación súper cómoda, nueva y limpia. Había desayuno y bebidas en la heladera y lo re pusieron para el otro día ( no lo esperábamos) Los.dueños muy atentos ayudándonos en lo que necesitábamos, hasta tuvieron el detalle de brindarnos piloto y paraguas porque llovio y continuar conociendo la bella Cinque terre.
