The apartment is located in a very central area, about a 5-minute walk from the train station and very close to the city center. It is very clean, and communication with the owner was very easy. We stayed in the apartment as a group of four, and I found it spacious enough for all of us.
The lighting in the apartment is not quite sufficient, the windows are very high, and there is no balcony. However, these things really didn’t bother us that much.

Very spacious! An ideal location in la SPezia, very convenient to have a supermarket downstairs and so many shops on our doorstep, bonus points for working AC! Our kids really didn’t want to leave the apartment and come back home! Our Host was fantastic at responding quickly with any queries we had but instructions were very easy to follow to get into the property.
