We had a great stay in La Spezia. Leo's House had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great for the day that it got a little hot. There were plenty of plates and such for eating at the apartment and the coffee that came with the machine was good(which was a nice little bonus). There was even laundry detergent! The location really could not be any better. The train station was about a five minute walk which makes visiting Cinque Terre very easy, and there is a great gelato place right around the corner. We really appreciated the host's quick replies when we couldn't find something.
No complaints here. There is not an elevator (unless we somehow missed it). But the apartment is on the 2nd floor so it's no big deal.

Nice well kept property, very close to the station. Makes it easy for sightseeing. Landlord was very accommodating and went out of way to provide early check in.
