It features a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a conventional oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and a living room with a TV and a sofa bed—convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre and using public transportation.
The Space
Located in an Art Nouveau building constructed in 1905, it boasts one-of-a-kind features. The ceilings are 3.60 meters high, creating an optimal microclimate. Last renovated in November 2025

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to keep in mind
Please note the proximity to facilities such as the “2 Giugno” municipal swimming pool with an outdoor sun deck, the historic center, and the train station, from which you can reach the Cinque Terre in 5–10 minutes. There is also a bus stop for beaches in San Terenzo, Venere Azzurra, Lerici, and Portovenere, as well as ferries from the Gulf of Poets to Palmaria and the Cinque Terre.
