Appartement spacieux, au 2ème étage avec ascenseur, propre, charmant, très bien équipé, avec une entrée qui distribue toute les pièces, situé à mi-distance de la gare et du port. Climatisation dans les deux chambres et qui profite aussi au reste de l'appartement. Grande terrasse ( mais difficile d'en profiter en période de forte chaleur). Hôte sympathique et attentionnée ( gâteaux, café, thé, vin d'accueil).
Ce n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais il faut signaler que le tri des déchets en fin de séjour, se fait dans des containers avec ouverture par badge (fournie et au nom de la propriétaire) situés à 100m au bout de la rue d'en face.

Très bonne localisation. Apparemment propre et confortable. Bien équipé. Propriétaire serviable.
Quelques bruits côté rue. Places de parking difficiles à trouver et payantes. Le revers de la médaille d’une localisation en centre-ville.
