Walking distance to train station,major bus lines right across from the apartment. Grocery stores and seafood market very near by. The host was very informative, provided much information on one day trip destinations from La Spezia. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location , walking distance from bus/train station, restaurants and historical sites. Foxconn was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly!

Very good location, easy communication, we could get from the train station very quickly and easily. The apartment is nicely furnished, with a practical kitchen and a comfortable bed. The window faces the street, but it’s not disturbing at all, as no noise can be heard. There’s also an elevator, which is an extra advantage. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine and some water were waiting for us, which was a very nice gesture.
