They arrange an early check-in for us which was really convenient. An apartment was exceptionally clean and very pleasant. It is well maintained and decorated.

There were loud Indian/Bangladeshan neighbors that were yelling a lot in the night (we stayed for 2 days).

Le confort de l’appartement et l’emplacement, à proximité de tout à pied. Nous étions 4, et le salon avec le canapé lit est préparé pour être sous forme de lit. Le salon est séparé de la cuisine, ce qui permet d’avoir 2 chambres. La réactivité de notre hôte pour nos demandes. Merci encore !

Trevlig värd som svarade snabbt. Nära tågstation o färja.

The location is great, in walking distance to La Spezia old city centre and marina. The central train station is a 10 min walk, if you plan a day trip to Cinque Terre. The owner was very kind and helpful and provided us with lots of information about arrival, parking (we arrived there by car) and restaurant reccomendations. The appartment is in 3rd floor which is only accesible by stairs, where you have to carry your luggage up, but we were told that in advance so all was okay. The rooms were clean and cozy, though the couch bed was a bit lumpy. The room also features a washing machine, a well stocked small kitchen and a balcony overlooking the street. The windows keep out all the noise at night.
