Grosse, schöne, zentrale Wohnung, zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Schlechte Kommunikation:
Wir hatten vor der Reise Zugangsdetails verlangt, weil wir dann nicht online sind. Vorher oder per Sms.
Die Anfrage wurde nicht beantwortet, es wurde erwartet, dass wir per Whatsapp Instruktionen zur Abholung des Schlüssels
bei der Ankunft befolgen. Die Instruktionen waren falsch der Schlüssel in einem anderen Schliessfach.
Unsere Telefonanrufe wurden nicht beantwortet. Wir haben viel Zeit und Geld für Roaming Gebühren benötigt um schliesslich den Schlüssel aus einem anderen Schliessfach zu holen.

Très bel appartement confortable et spacieux, très bonne literie, grande salle de bain, très bon emplacement à 15 mn de la gare pour aller visiter les cinque terres, pas loin du port, 5 mn des halles, restaurant...
Évidemment un appartement en centre ville et bruyant

L'appartement est très bien placé, au cœur du centre historique de La Spezia. Il est propre et spacieux, idéal pour 2 couples et 2 enfants.
L'appartement manque un peu d'équipement : peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, aucune petite épicerie de base à part du sel (pas d'huile, de vinaigre, ni de café), pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle, pas de sac poubelle autre que celui qui était déjà dans la poubelle. Il s'agit d'équipements nécessaires et durables dans le temps qu'un locataire ne va pas acheter pour seulement 5 jours...

The location was very good and it is a very spacious apartment, 2 separate bedrooms, there is plenty of room for 4 people. Each room and living room had ac unit which was so refreshing after we have been out and about in the hot weather. We also used washer and dryer - they both worked as expected.
The keys to the appartment needed to be picked up from different location, about 11 min away from appartment, from a locker which is very unusual. The instructions about appartment where provided via multiple files that were shared via WhatsApp which was also confusing.
Finally, appartment was very clean, except one corner in the shower needs some extra attention as it looks like there was mold.
