Good Appartment to stay

We chose the appartment with a balcony. The apartment was spacious, with a roomy hall that featured a dining table. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was great, with many restaurants and shops right nearby, and just a few minutes' walk to the harbor. Additionally, La Spezia proved to be an excellent base for exploring the Cinque Terre National Park.

The kitchen was not fully equipped for a comfortable stay: the frying pan was very old and worn out, there were no paper towels, and all the cleaning supplies, like the dishwashing sponge, were old and needed to be replaced.

Very close to the train station and main strip with many restaurants and shops. It was clean and had the small extras like cake bars and good coffee. All shampoos and soaps were provided

The stay in La Spezia in the La Cittadella apartment was very successful. The apartment met all our expectations. The apartment was very clean, equipped with the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay for a family with a small child. Very large balcony. The location was very good. Near the train station and the port from where you can set off on trips along the coast. You can do your shopping in the very close DORO market. At the local market, which can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot, you can buy fresh fish, seafood, dairy products, vegetables and fruits. The owner was very helpful, in constant contact. He provided us with all the information and assistance we needed. Because we left a few souvenirs in the apartment in a hurry, he agreed to send them back to the indicated address. The apartment is worth recommending.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Great location. Easy walk Into town. 15 minutes walk to railway station. Apartment spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. Very spacious snd modern. Comfy bed too. Air conditioning a bonus. Would definitely recommend snd would stay here again if we were in La Spezia. Top Apartment.

Perfect base for exploring the Cinque Terre

Location was perfect, just off main streets and between port and train station, walkable to everything. Apartment was cosy, had everything we needed and perfect for a few nites to explore the area.

Just a couple of niggles….Near a busy road so can be a bit loud at night. Also sofa bed pretty uncomfy to just sit on and watch a bit of tv.

Lovely modern apartment - very helpful host.

The host Francesca was extremely helpful. Allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment early (10:30am) so that we could go off and explore the nearby Cinque Terre without all our luggage. Check in was easy. Lovely modern apartment, very clean.

The lift was very narrow, could only just fit our narrow travel pushchair in - just so others are aware.

We loved this apartment and we loved La Spezia.

It was a bright, spacious, clean and modern apartment in a nice central location. It had a lovely large wrap around balcony which we enjoyed. The host, Alfio, was extremely helpful a number of times we contacted him with questions. We also loved La Spezia; it was a great central hub for visiting the region, but more than that, La Spezia is beautiful in its own right. We enjoyed our time exploring La Spezia and eating out every night.

An extra electricity socket in the kitchen would help.

La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Here we are!

We liked everything, nice spacious living room, clean, everything in it is well-cared for. The owner pays attention to the details, and gave us a great stay. Claudio was wonderful to communicate with, and he helped us to find free parking nearby, a good restaurant in the area, etc.

We have stayed in 4 different properties throughout our Italian vacation. This one was better by far than all of the others.

Excellent for visiting Cinque Terre

Alfio, the owner, was very helpful, he waited for us at check in and gave us all the usefull infos about going to Cinque Terre and about the restaurants in the area. Location is very convenient, 5 min to the harbour, 10-12 min to the train station.

Alfio met us at the property and gave us a very comprehensive tour of the property. Nothing was too much trouble and Alfio was very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit.

Even though it was a central location, it was very noisy with traffic & sirens especially on the Saturday night - people shouting & roaring at 3 o clock in the morning. Apartment needs soundproofing!!

La Cittadella apartment is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre and the area around La Spezia. We had a late check-in and the owner was really nice to us. He was waiting for us when we arrived and explained us everything about the apartment. We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is good for families and couples, the price quality/price is really good and the apartment is super clean. Thank you once more for receiving us! :)

Very nice stay to get around Cinque Terre

Very nice place where we felt welcome. Everything was clean and well equipped. The location in the city center was also very good, with nice restaurants and bars around the corner and a 15 min walk to the central station. Alfio, the host, was also very nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and getting around Cinque Terre. We would definitely come back:)
