Die unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet sehr hübsch sehr modern, sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Auch der Zugang zur Wohnung war super einfach. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt von la Spezia mit etlichen Geschäften und Restaurants drumherum. Trotz der zentralen Lage war die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
Leider sind in Italien die Hinterhöfe nicht so schön, so dass der Hinterhof der Wohnung, auf dem man direkt blicken konnte, echt schmuddelig aussah. Aber das ist kein Problem des Vermieters.
