Roberto was a very gracious host, taking us on a sunset boat cruise with snacks and aperitifs.

Just terrible.

If you want a peaceful vacation, do not book this place. The host is rude, and the property is poorly maintained. The electricity system is outdated and cannot handle normal use. We had two blackouts just from running three AC units at the same time. When we contacted the host, she threatened that if the electricity went out again, we would have to stay in the dark. After that, we could only use one AC and had to suffer in the heat. On top of that, they demanded hidden fees that were never mentioned before. This is not acceptable for a rental property. The decision is yours, but I strongly do not recommend staying here.

Exceptional

Absolutely exceptional stay and everything's was literally perfect. Location is really near the main train station, also a lot of restaurants, bars around the property. Property is extremely spacious, it was even too big for me :D Lovely balcony with a romantic view to the Giardini Pubblici park. You need to consider that it's located on a quite busy pedestrian street which was noisy on Friday's and Saturday's night, but personally for me that was not an issue, slept like dead despite of the street noise. One of the main reasons of my perfect stay was the host Roberto - such a lovely and friendly guy, really responsive and helpful. Zero problems. It's a well deserved 10/10 from me, would love to return :)))) Grazie mille, Roberto! 🇮🇹🍷

Super consigliato

Posizione centralissima, l’appartamento è spazioso, attrezzato per cucinare e tutte le camere da letto sono dotate di aria condizionata. Nei dintorni: supermercati, bar, ristoranti, mare e stazione del treno. Roberto è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Soggiorno incredibile.

Casa acogedora y magnífica ubicación

La ubicación ha sido espectacular, no sabíamos que estábamos en el centro de La Spezia, tienes de todo a la mano y además con facilidades en la casa inmejorables. Espacio para 8 personas, tanto camas como habitaciones, te sentías como en casa pero estando de vacaciones. Una casa amplia, fresca y acogedora. La atención, disponibilidad y flexibilidad del anfitrión ha sido un plus, sabías que estaba atento a lo que necesitábamos, nos ofreció buenísimas recomendaciones que nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos pero además como unos lugareños más. Presenciamos el desfile del Palio del Golfo y eso fue un espectáculo y gran recomendación de nuestro anfitrión. Somos una familia numerosa 3 niños y 5 adultos, dos de ellos mayores que pudieron disfrutar de la localización y de los servicios de esta casa estratégicamente ubicada en la entrada de Cinque Terre. No dudaríamos en regresar ni en recomendarla, decorada y pensada al detalle para comodidad de los huéspedes, ¡una maravilla!.

IMPOSIBLE VALORARLO, PORQUE NO HABÍA NADA. LA UBICACIÓN SIN APARCAMIENTO PARA EL COCHE. MUY BIEN QUE ESTA EN EL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD. Y CON ALBOROTO NOCTURNO.

DESAYUNO NO HABÍA, NI SIQUIERA UN CAFÉ DE CORTESÍA. EL APARTAMENTO MUY "CHIC" PERO ALGO IMPERDONABLE: PARA ACCEDER AL BAÑO HAY QUE PASAR POR LA OTRA HABITACIÓN CON SUS OCUPANTES. CERO INTIMIDAD. Y EL BAÑO PEQUEÑO QUE NO SE CORRESPONDE CON LA AMPLITUD DEL RESTO DE LA CASA. OTRA DIFICULTAD A SEÑALAR ES QUE NO HAY ASCENSOR.
