I only can reccommend it for those, who love to be in a calm place with amazing view.

The property was huge and clean. From the balcony we had a wonderful view to the Ligurian see. Our guest was kind, helpful and flexible. The latter one was crucial when we only arrived at 8 p.m. on the first day. She also waited us with list of recommended places where to eat, which beach to go and where can we find a parking lot in the crowded 'downtown'. A wonderful beach, named Baia blu, was also close. Although it took app. 15 minutes from the mountain to get there on foot it, it would have only taken 5 minutes by car.

I couldn't name any drawbacks.

- amazing views from the terrace - two bathrooms go with two bedrooms - old but decent shower - decent facilities such as dishwasher and washing machine - very friendly and helpful host - uphill location of the apartment: nice walks guaranteed

- squeaky doors (it was a bit uncomfortable in the evening)

Nice view

The view was amazing. From the balcony we had a great view over the sea. A supermarket is quiet close. The rooms are big and the host was really nice. She brought us a delicious bottle of wine and was friendly and helpful in case we had questions.

Amazing time at Il Mare Blu with a stunning view

We had an amazing stay in Il Mare Blu. The appartment en the view are even better than the pictures can show. The view is breathtaking! The owner of the house is super friendly and she will do anything to make sure your stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed our final days of the holiday a lot and we hope to come back one day! Thank you!

Nydelig sted, fantastisk service, litt upraktisk transport utenfor sesong

Luciana var fantastisk, service fra første øyeblikk og tok ekte vare på oss fra før til etter oppholdet. For en rolig ferie i en flott liten leilighet med nydelig utsikt og gangavstand til strand og restauranter er dette helt perfekt 🥰

Det eneste som ikke var optimalt var at vi ville komme oss rundt uten å kjøre selv, og besøkte utenfor sesong. Da var det litt utfordrende å komme seg til å fra. Vi fikk tilbud fra verten om å skaffe scooter og kontaktinfo til taxi, så det står ikke på henne i det hele tatt!

Schoenes Ambiente, herrlich zum Entschleunigen

Ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvolles und super gepflegtes, geraeumiges, neu eingerichtetes Einzimmer-Appartement, optisch untergliedert in Schlaf und Wohnbereich. Wertiges und neues Interieur. Hier wurde erst vor einem Jahr richtig investiert in schoenes, stimmiges Licht-, Moebel- und Badkonzept. Da merkt man, dass Luciana Freude am Einrichten hat. Herrliche Ruhe, bequeme Balkonsessel. Ausblick auf das Meer, auch von der rechten Betthaelfte... Freundliche und sorgsame, bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechbare, Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefuehlt. Es war unsere letzte von 5 Ligurienstationen. Super zum Entschleunigen,- wenn da nicht noch so viele weitere schoene Orte und schoene Plaetze zu Entdecken waeren. Grundausstattung an Kaffee, auch Milch!(Danke!) Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer... alles da. Haben uns gleich mit einem Kaffee auf den Balkon gesetzt und uns ueber das schoene Ambiente gefreut. Die Wohnung liegt etwas ab und oben. Das wussten wir. Hat man erstmal das Umfeld erkundet, laesst es sich gut damit arrangieren. Wir haben den Wagen, den wir direkt vor Ort laden konnten, stehen lassen. Es gibt ggf Busse (isb. wieder rauf). Wir wandern ohnehin recht gern im Urlaub. Insbesondere entlang der Bucht der Poeten bis Lerici läuft es sich wie von selbst.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist bereits eine Grundausstattung vorhanden, wie z.B. Kaffe, Toast, Marmelade, Gewürze und Toilettenpapier. So etwas kenne ich von anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht. Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit top Lage und Meerblick. Luciana ist eine sehr aufmerksame und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben und rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Wunderbare Zeit in wunderbarem Apartment

Die Unterkunft gefiel mir sehr gut. Alles war super schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Den Abend im Whirlpool ausklingen lassen war auch wunderbar. Die Gastgeberin war auch so so nett, sie hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben, unseren Aufenthalt noch besser zu machen. einfach wow!!

Grundsätzlich hat mir alles super gefallen. Wenn ich etwas nennen müsste, was mir nicht gefallen hat, würde ich sagen, dass es ab und zu in der Nacht ein wenig laut war. Vermutlich von dem Zimmer über uns, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft an sich ja nichts.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, die Badezimmer ein echtes Highlight und alles ist sauber. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Terrasse mit Whirlpool, zudem gibt es eine Sauna in der Wohnung. Auf der Parkfläche direkt vor der Wohnung ist eine E-Ladestation vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet es wurde an alles gedacht, man muss praktisch nichts mitbringen uns fehlte es an nichts. Dann ist da noch Luciana, die bezaubernde Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hatte für uns sofort Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Aktivitäten und vieles mehr. Dazu der Blick aufs offene Meer, besser geht’s nicht! 🌊🫶🏻✨ Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e corredato di tutto, immerso nel verde un oasi di tranquillità. Pulizia impeccabile, vista impagabile sul mare del Golfo dei Poeti. Che dire poi della proprietaria, la signora Luciana che ci ha fatti sentire coccolati ed accolti come a casa nostra!

Luciana, la proprietaria, è una persona gentilissima, cordiale ed accogliente. Ci ha fatti sentire ospiti e non clienti, ed è una sensazione impagabile. L'appartamento è meraviglioso, arredato con cura e gusto, curato in ogni dettaglio. Comodo anche il parcheggio privato. La vista è magnifica. L'appartamento con Jacuzzi e sauna è davvero fantastico. La zona è estremamente tranquilla, perfetta per una pausa di relax e natura. Nei dintorni si possono visitare borghi caratteristici, fare trekking con viste mozzafiato, o passeggiate rilassanti

Wunderschön

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dieser außerordentlich liebevoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Luciana war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar ein kleines Geschenk vor die Tür gestellt.
