Sehr schöne Unterkunft, atemberaubende Aussicht, gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Eco del Silenzio. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch, aber gleichzeitig nah am Ort und den schönsten Ecken von Lerici. Die Aussicht vom sehr großen Balkon ist atemberaubend! Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert, was die Anreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Bett dürfte für unseren Geschmack erneuert werden, da dieses schon etwas „durchgelegen“ ist. Nach Rücksprache mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin wird dies aber gemacht, von daher alles Bestens!

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, super nette Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Mit den öffis in Kombination mit Kinderwagen leider nicht so gut erreichbar(haben kein Auto), und auch keine Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das wussten wir aber schon alles im Vorhinein, dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür

La terraza amplia y amueblada con vistas espectaculares. Apartamento reformado en estilo moderno, muy luminoso y con buenos materiales. La preciosa playa a 8minutos con el parasol reservado

Encontrar el apartamento en el condominio nos costo un poco a pesar de las indicaciones. El acceso a la playa es una cuesta bastante pendiente. Existe servicio de bus gratuito. La cama individual extra del salon no la aconsejo para un adulto

Die Aussicht war einfach ein Traum. Schöner geht es kaum. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Barbara war immer für uns erreichbar und die Kommunikation war wirklich super nett. Wir kommen wieder!

Die perfekte Unterkunft mit einer perfekten Lage!!!!

Wir haben Anfang Januar für zwei Nächte als Familie im Eco del Silenzio in Lerici übernachtet und sind begeistert von dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Das Apartment ist geräumig und perfekt für Familien – es bietet genügend Platz für alle und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Küche war sehr praktisch und die Waschmaschine eine tolle Erleichterung für uns während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts. Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach ideal: Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Baia Blu Strand entfernt, konnten wir auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit die Aussicht und die frische Luft genießen. Obwohl es Januar war, war die Sonnenterrasse ein wunderschöner Ort, um den Tag zu beginnen oder zu beenden. Der private Strandbereich ist sicher im Sommer ein echtes Highlight, auch wenn wir ihn jetzt nicht nutzen konnten, haben wir ihn dennoch als besonderen Luxus wahrgenommen. Die Aussicht vom Apartment ist fantastisch – wir konnten die ruhige Landschaft genießen, und es war der perfekte Rückzugsort für unsere Familie. Die Nähe zu San Terenzo und der einfache Zugang zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten machten es auch zu einem großartigen Ausgangspunkt, um Lerici und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das kostenlose WLAN und die privaten Parkplätze vor Ort waren ebenfalls sehr praktisch und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht. Die Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend, und es gab nichts, was uns während unseres Aufenthalts gefehlt hätte. Wir würden Eco del Silenzio auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hoffen, im Sommer wiederzukommen, um den privaten Strandbereich und die Terrasse noch mehr genießen zu können!

Informatie via filmpjes, die pas duidelijk worden nadat je de omgeving kent. Geen boek aanwezig met informatie over huishoudelijke zaken, platte gronden en tips voor de omgeving. Geen persoonlijke overdracht. Parkeren geeft problemen door kapot wegdek, waardoor de onderkant van de auto geraakt wordt, en de auto vast loopt. Matig bed. En humeurige host, alleen contact via telefoon.

Our main goal of staying was visiting Cinque Terre, but it turned we loved staying at the apartment much better and relaxing than experiencing the Cinque Terre villages. Highly recommended!

The sea view is gorgeous. The kitchen is well-equipped and the parking is included in the price. Easily accessible if you have a car. Towels are provided.

Easy to collect the keys once we'd found the appartment. Not v easy to find.

Can't use the oven at same time as hob or the electrics fuse !! No sheets for bedsettee only a matress cover and cotton throws.

Great flat with beautiful views!

Great flat with amazing views! We very much enjoyed our stay there. The facilities are all modern, the private barrier-protected parking was really useful (great instructions from the owner on how to reach it :)). San Terenzo and Lerici are very pretty. Tip: The best supermarket was Dimeglio in San Terenzo (best to park in via Milano).

The bed was a bit too noisy when turning during the night (storage beds tend to be like that, unfortunately) and the bed sheets were a bit rough for me :)

The apartment is located in a very nice building which have access from 2 sides. There is a very comfortable and beautiful balcony. It is located in 500 meters from the sea but the road is very hard on foot and you are supposed to pay 16 euros per person to have access to it. Not very comfortable for 3+ people
