Great location with easy (private) parking and all the amenities

great set up for two couples. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a nice large balcony to watch the sunset on the hills. Super clean and had everything we could want including dishwasher and laundry. Very generous hosts who were super friendly and helpful! Lerici is a beautiful town that’s not as touristy as neighboring areas. Quiet with a nice plaza and castle overlooking the town. The apartment is a super quick 2-3 minute walk to all the “action”, but is just far enough to avoid the chaos and traffic. Handy market across the street and easy plentiful parking make this place a great find!

Very minor but the two twin beds are a bit springy and could be updated. otherwise everything was great!!

Posizione vicinissima al centro e al mare, ai negozi/supermercato, alla fermata Bus e navette per le spiagge, con parcheggio gratuito riservato. Silenzioso, con tapparelle motorizzate e grande balcone vista giardino con tende da sole motorizzate. 1° piano con ascensore. Alloggio luminoso e spazioso, fresco (comunque con aria condizionata) molto ben attrezzato e dotato di ogni confort sia in cucina che nei bagni, con piccola area lavanderia molto comoda. Due camere letto indipendenti ognuna col suo bagno e ampio living centrale. Sig,ra Ilaria super gentile.

I cuscini sono nuovi ma un po' alti. Forse sarebbe utile introdurre un paio di cuscini più bassi. I materassi migliorabili nella tipologia, ma comunque accettabili e pulitissimi. Nella camera principale lenzuola in raso ( un po' calde ) e in genere lenzuola un po' piccole rispetto al letto . Con un minimo sforzo migliorativo in tal senso la struttura sarebbe perfetta e comunque resta validissima .
