A fantastic panoramic view. And nothing ... more.

In August we spent 9 nights in this house, 5 people including 2 children. The price of the stay was 3800 euros, of which 1900 euros went to the Agency through the lease contract signed on arrival. When we made the booking, we asked the Agency to have working and clean air conditioners. Unfortunately, when we checked-in, we found the air conditioners dirty, with cobwebs (the one in the upstairs bedroom) or even mold (the one in the first floor corridor). We also found mold under the sink in the bathroom located on the first floor. Although the Agency said that would send someone to clean up the next day, the person in question did not arrive until the third day. We found some cobwebs on the back of the small TV in the living room, they were cleaned by the Agency representative during the presentation of the house. A lot of cobwebs on the upper corners, especially on the second floor. The first floor is a former garage converted into a bedroom, bathroom and corridor with a bed, very unhygienic. There is a musty smell in the bathroom and corridor, the place is not ventilated properly. The only window, which is also a door, is in the bedroom and goes directly to the street. Visitors' cars may block the view and the entry. The garage door is 1.80 meters high and if you have a taller car or a normal car with a roof box, you cannot use the garage, having to use the paid public parking. The lawn in the yard is damaged.

The house is cozy and comfortable, perfect view on the sea. Road to the sea with 1 year child took 15 min to public beach. Cost of private beach is around 40 euro for 2 persons

There is no microwave The TV is very small, my laptop for travel has bigger screen :) During second week of our stay every night neighbors made a fire around 23.00-24.00. It lasted till 3.00-4.00AM. The smell was so bad that we woke up and had to close all windows. I don’t think it was grill, it smelled much worse
