Good overall, decent value. Some improvements could be made to achieve a 9/10 rating.

The Pool itself, the pool area in general and panoramic sea/coast view from it. Ability to walk in relative safety to the beach and restaurants in the seafront with majority of the distance pedestrian friendly route. with only maybe 200m of a 1000m total walking on roadside to nearby restaurants and services. Nice peaceful neighborhood. Free parking almost always available in front of house in a location where parking is often an issue. However, car is not a must because the location is relatively well served with public transport busses. There was even two free bus lines to nearby Lerici with bus stops quite close by (200m or 500m depending on the bus). The Kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine were relatively new and worked well. Very nice places, beaches and sights nearby such as Porto Venere, Cinque Terre etc. La Spezia's big hypermarkets, services and restaurants very reachable with a short car drive or a bus trip.

Pool wasn't in the best shape with some missing or stained tiles, however water quality was fine so it was more of a estetic problem rather than functional. We enjoyed the pool still very much. Cooker hood needs cleaning. Roof terrace didn't have any tables or chairs even though it has a nice sea view. A missing opportunity! Double bed was not full length and not the most comfortable one (maybe 1,8m instead of 2m) View from inside apartment was poor. Communicating with the host was a bit challenging since we do not speak Italian and the host did not speak English apart from a few words. However, we found her polite and welcoming. Some instructions on using the apartment could be given as a multilingual document. No towels of any king were provided for free, not even hand towels or floor towel for the showers with was strange especially considering the price of the apartment. First time ever after many rented apartments from Booking.com and AirBnB Outside table and chairs were the cheapest white plastic ones. not very nice or stylish. 58 meters uphill from the beach but the other side of the coin is the nice view you get from the outside areas of the property. Wifi connection provided for free was only satisfactory but just usable enough. Mobile networks were very unreliable inside the apartment and the area in general which makes the wifi more important than usual when mobile 4g/5g roaming works well.

You think you rent a villa biy when you arrive you’ll see that you will be put in a tiny little house which was NOT on the pictures and was not agreed
