Tutto nuovo, ma...

La casa era pulita, con due camere spaziose e due poggioli. Appena ristrutturata, con sanitari nuovi e mobili nuovi. C'erano shampo e sapone, detersivo per i piatti e spugne, sale da cucina. Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check-in è stato gentile e disponibile, anche quando l'abbiamo contattato per dei problemi. Buona la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia e ai servizi.

Il parcheggio privato è di difficile accesso, scendendo una rampa ripida. Soprattutto la risalita risulta difficoltosa, con due stretti tornanti, il cemento rovinato e la mancanza di specchio per l'immissione nella strada principale. Non è stato facile uscire! Abbiamo anche avuto la sorpresa di un biglietto di un condomino per aver parcheggiato nel suo spazio. La cucina è davvero stretta, non ci si passa per aprire porte, finestre o armadietti se qualcuno è già seduto a tavola. Ci sono solo coltelli da burro, e l'unico coltello che taglia è privo di manico, quindi è stato un po' difficile cucinare. Non c'è l'olio in dotazione, solo il sale. Non siamo stati avvisati né c'era scritto da nessuna parte che era stata chiusa la valvola del gas, per cui i fornelli non funzionavano. Solo in un secondo momento ci siamo fidati di aprire la valvola. Per stendere ci sono due fili sul poggiolo, ma non ci sono mollette. Servirebbe un catino per poter portare la biancheria a stendere e delle mollette. Nonostante sia su Booking, l'appartamento non è gestito da privati ma da una società di gestione immobili turistici, che non sapeva della postazione assegnata della parcheggio e non sapeva della valvola del gas. Non ci tornerei.

Vyhovující ubytování v dobré lokalitě a s parkováním zdarma.

Výborná lokalita, kousek od pláže, pizzerie i supermarketu. Nicméně Klimatizace super, velmi prostorné pokoje a rozsáhlý balkon. Výhled je vesměs nijaký - z balkonu na docela středně rušnou ulici a zalesněnou stráň. Výhoda je možnost parkování vozu přímo u ubytování. Koupelna je za mě výborná, stačí, voda teče tak nějak normálně - není to tak silný tlak vody, jaký jsme zvyklí z Česka, ale stačí. Vše jsme obdrželi čisté a komunikace přes whatsapp byla perfektní a poměrně rychlá.

Nedostatek nádobí v kuchyni, není pořádný nůž na krájení, struhadlo chybí, ani větší hrnec. Trochu nám nevyhovovalo mít pouze jedny klíče od ubytování. Ale věřím tomu, že kdybychom je požadovali, určitě nám budou poskytnuty. Kuchyně je poměrně nešikovně řešená, uprostřed ní je stůl a židle a když jeden člověk sedí, tak se pohyb po kuchyni stává opičí dráhou. V bytě nejsou kolíčky na prádlo, takže pokud fouká, oblečení vám může spadnout na auta pod balkonem.
