The property was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation! We were lucky to be there by ourselves and we had the swimming pool for us only!

The first 3 days were rough because of poor maintenance of the outside area but then Fabrizio showed up to cut the grass/weeds and it was a lot better!

God comfotable Rooms near of the relativly heawy trafic.

Rooms size was generous, climate control did his work fast end efficient.

Driwing in and out of the property was a nightmare, because you must enter and leave the road in a blindspot of the other drivers.

Nice house with a pool

The appartment and pool area were great.

We were very disappointed that even though the nearest beach was only 850m away you couldn't walk there because of the narrow streets and tunnel without a walk way. I think this should be mentioned more clearly. Another thing I wish we would have gotten information beforehand was that the baby grib wasn't awailable for the first night as reguested. Just a simple email would have been nice.

i didn’t actually stay here, i was moved to the hotel because of a mechanical problem. But the room i was given had a nice nice view i was able to use the refrigerator in the kitchen

the place is spacious. Only that.

No heaters were working. Too much noise from neighbours (monthly rentals) next to the apartment and on top of it. Also noise from cars. Shower’s warm water didn’t work properly.. Toilet a bit broken.

really big accommodation suitable for 4 people. It has a garden and a swimming pool.

Private parking is provided at the property. However be aware that there's a sharp hill from the main road to the parking so if you have a low guard sporty car you will scratching it under.

Large apartment, nice terrace. Free parking

It is pretty far from the city center and the beach. The access road to the city is quite dangerous as there are no pedestrian areas available . Also, the pictures on the website are quite different from reality (the pool area is almost nonexistent- very very small pool; there is no garden)

Il parcheggio incluso, la dotazione dei servizi ( wifi , lavatrice, lavastoviglie). Il prezzo qualità molto buono..

Un pò difficoltosa la comunicazione , la rumorosità della strada perchè la camera matrimoniale dava sulla trada, il phon deve essere cambiato , i materassi erano comodi, ma quello nel letto matrimoniale erano due materassi uniti per cui si formava un buco nel mezzo. Le tasse di soggiorno a Lerici sono altissime, ma dipende dal Comune non dalla struttura

Dalle colline sopra Lerici si domina il Golfo dei Poeti tra ulivi, rosmarini e mimose...

La posizione della struttura ricettiva è proprio sul crocevia delle strade provinciali che in pochi minuti congiungono da una parte La Spezia e Romito Magra via S.Terenzo e dall'altra Lerici con Ameglia e Bocca di Magra via Montemarcello. In meno di un quarto d'ora si è a Tellaro.

Delusione.

Personale accogliente. Appartamento abbastanza pulito, mobili carini. Vengono dati tanti asciugamani, lenzuola coperte,kit per il bagno,e prodotti per la cucina e la lavatrice.

L'appartamento ha odore di muffa, presente nei muri della sala e in camera da letto, infatti la vernice in parecchi punti si è staccata.. in camera da letto la vernice si è sollevata. Camera da letto matrimoniale con i materassi singoli completamente sfondati, sono su due reti singole ma una di queste più piccola rispetto al materasso, infatti per cercare di rimboccare le lenzuola era praticamente impossibile perché il materasso era fuori dalla rete di circa 15 cm. Bagno sotto la doccia una mattonella rotta e sbriciolata, sanitari vintage ma scomodo soprattutto il bidet perché essendo vintage l acqua esce da 4 fori rendendo la pulizia un po' laboriosa... Sbroffino della doccia pieno di calcare con parecchi buchi tappati, appeso al muro vicino al lavabo c'erano attaccati due ganci di una mensola inesistente. Mensola invece sotto lo specchio traballante e non fissata bene ai ganci arrugginiti... È presente sempre in bagno il termoarredo ma purtroppo non è stato possibile attaccarlo per scaldare perché la presa era rotta. In ultimo l acqua era troppo bollente e essendo vintage i pomelli si faceva fatica a miscelarla. In generale credo che alcuni dettagli siano da curare un pochino di più.

Nur mit Auto

Für meine Zwecke war es ideal. Anreise mit Auto und Hund. Es gab einen schönen sicheren Parkplatz, und ein kleines gärtchen was mit Hund ideal war.

Es war sehr laut, da an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad fast unmöglich nach Lerici zu gelangen, da ein schrecklicher Tunnel zu passieren ist. Also nur wenn man mit Auto anreist, zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Hotiday war schlecht, da ich eine Nacht früher ankommen wollte, niemand hat geantwortet. (Ich habe 2 Tage vorher/kein Wochenende angefragt) somit habe ich die zusätzliche Nacht in den Bergen verbracht. War dort auch sehr schön. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat grundsätzlich gut geklappt

Struttura vecchissima, maniglie che restano in mano, pavimento con mattonelle tutte tolte, schizzi di unto in cucina sul muro, lavandino con solo acqua calda perche il rubinetto dell’acqua fresca girava a vuoto, abbiamo dovuto andare a comprare delle pentole perche quelle che ti fornivano erano sporche nere e piccolissime, praticamente tutto da rivedere

L’accoglienza all’albergo Serena è stata molto positiva.

In generale l’appartamento è di dimensioni adeguate. Tuttavia, all’ingresso dell’appartamento si è avvertito un odore di muffa e la pulizia dei tavoli sia dentro che fuori in giardino lasciava molto a desiderare. In bagno mancava il sapone liquido nel dispenser seppure presente il flacone. Il getto dell’acqua calda del lavandino era molto flebile. Mancava il bollitore dell’acqua.

Smutsiga möbler, dåligt läge precis vid en väg. Låg långt utanför Lerici och svårt att ta sig in till staden och havet pga tunnlar. Stämde inte alls överens med bilderna. Dåligt bemötande av personal när vi påpekade bristerna och ingen förståelse från dem.

La posizione

Prima di alloggiare ho chiesto se era presente il freezer(per la preparazione delle pappe per bimbe) e mi è stato detto di no quando invece arrivati in struttura c'era!!! Non mi è piaciuto dover andare a fare il check in presso un altra struttura, il bagno molto stretto e per la cucina abbiamo avuto un piccolo disagio con l accensione dei fornelli dato che non era presente un accendino...non siamo fumatori né io e né il mio compagno quindi siamo dovuti andare a comprarne uno per poter preparare alle bimbe e questo ci ha creato un po' di scompiglio.

Il servizio delle urgenze va migliorato.

Posizione

Il controllo prima di lasciare l’appartamento. I fornelli non andavano e il contatto per le urgenze non era disponibile. Ho dovuto acquistare da me degli accendini per poter cucinare, cosa non possibile la sera quando mi sono accorta e ho dovuto ordinare la cena da fuori. Il problema vero è che una volta ricevuta la risposta da chi di dovere, mi è stato detto solo “mi dispiace” senza rimborso almeno della cena.

Appartamento carino, dotato di tutto, punto strategico per girare tra Lerici/la spezia. Pulito e accogliente.

I letti non sono comodissimi ed essendo posizionato vicino una strada trafficata si sentono parecchio i rumori delle auto che passano.
