De location is great.

It said in booking a 2 room appartement. But they considered the bathroom as a second room. So our kids had to sleep at a very poor uncomfortable sofa. There were not enough sheets. She came back with sheets, just from the shop, they were not even washed. We were very disappointed by this place. Oh, and the airco was leaking at our bed. So I woke up like it was raining, sheets wet, pillow wet. No, don't go to this place.

We paid 168 eur/night between 30th of July-6th of August 2022 and we chose this property due to its proximity to Porto Venere, due to its good score on Booking (8.1)- especially for cleanliness, and due to its description (5 beds)…which makes you think that it’s a lot of space. Well, first of all, there is a reason why the meeting point with the owner is at the bike service and there is a very good reason why there are no photos from the outside of the property. The reality is in the pictures below. It’s in a dodgy end, in the middle of nowhere, in a bad neighborhood. This means that you will have a lot of tolls and parking to pay to go anywhere. The distance to Porto Venere is not 8 km as it’s written in the description. It’s 24 km, and 43 minutes by car. The property is located on a main road and there is a lot of noise 24/24. Loud motorbikes, ambulances, etc. So don’t even expect to rest. Except for the main bed, which is ok-ish let’s say…the couch and the single bed are impossible to use. See pictures below. To let your family/children sleep in such dirty deteriorated things is unacceptable! The cleaning (for which the score is ok on booking) in our room was superficial or missing. We were told to bring our own bed sheets or pay extra for this service (very convenient for the host to save again some money and let the tourists leave with a lot of dirty sheets and wet towels…but who cares about the tourists?). I think people need to have this information. There were no toiletries: no soap, no toilet paper!!!! Also, in the kitchen there was no dishwashing liquid (yes, he saved 10 eur maybe with all these). If you want to drink coffee in the morning, you should see below the coffee maker. Impossible to use if you care about your health. Also the washing machine is very deteriorated.

Autóval közel volt a strand. Tiszta volt a szállás.

Penészes, dohos szag volt. Egész éjjel nyitva kellett tartani az ablakot. Mivel a főút mellett volt a szállás így nyitott ablaknál nehéz volt pihenni. 30€ plusszot fizettünk az ágyneműért és a törölközőért amiknek a minősége nagyon rossz volt. A plusz fekvőhelyek dohosak és kutyaszőrösek voltak és kényelmetlenek.

Zu spät informiert, dass wir die Bett und Frottewäsche für 30 Euro seperat beziehen müssen. Dann mussten wir die Betten selber beziehen. An einer lauten Strasse, man konnte nicht draussen essen.
