Appartamento comodo, 3 giorni ok

Appartamento spazioso, cucina grande con tutti i suoi accessori, forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. Appartamento, camera e bagno tutto pulito. Appartamento comodo anche per nostro figlio in carrozzina (paraplegico), si muoveva benissimo, nessun problema a raggiungere dal parcheggio del condominio l’entra del palazzo, tutto in piano, senza gradini,raggiungere l’ascensore e l’entrata in appartamento.

Una vera fregatura per disabili

Anche se ho pagato non ho potuto soggiornare in quanto doveva essere una casa con accesso disabili, purtroppo non c'è accesso disabili, in ascensore la carrozzina di mia madre entrava ad incastro e una volta in casa mi sono accorta che non poteva entrare in camera da letto con la carrozzina di conseguenza non potevo metterla a letto, come avevo anticipato al locatore avevamo anche il sollevatore elettrico per movimentare mia madre ma non abbiamo potuto portarlo al secondo piano perché non ci stava in ascensore, quindi oltre ad aver pagato la casa siamo dovuti andare in albergo, costo della casa 290€+ albergo 360€!!! Ho chiesto rimborso a Booking e non avete dato risposta.
