A due passi dal mare

Quick contactless check-in at a convenient time, with clear instructions. A private parking lot is just in front of the entrance, the building is quiet and clean, and most of the residents are friendly. The apartment is spacious, with a big balcony that runs the whole length of the apartment. Large stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a kettle (that not very common in Italian apartments). Three good beaches are within a 10 minutes walk. One store is on the way to the beach (by foot only), and another with parking is just beyond the tunnel, a 3 minutes by car away.

1. The air conditioning in the apartment description is fake. There are only ceiling fans and fans which do nothing against summer heat. 2. The master bedroom windows face a noisy roadcross; sleeping with the windows open, especially without air conditioning, is disturbed by the noise of motobikes. 3. The shower drained very poor, the situation only partially improved after personal intervention using founded means. 4. The bath towels are small and very old, there was only one large shower towel. 5. It was a bit dusty. Balcony can be visited only with shoes on, because it is really dirty there. However, the kitchen was very clean
