Casa dei marinai is a great location with a fantastic panoramic view, the house is modernized, the supermarket is right in front of the building, shops and restaurants are a minute or two away from the house. The owner is always available.
The downside of this apartment is that there wasn't an elevator to get you to the fifth floor. This apartment is great for families who are physically active/sporty and for younger groups.
