Looks amazing but good be better
The location by the marina but looking into an old piazza is amazing, like it’s from an advert for Italy! The apartment has two double bedrooms plus the mezzanine sleeping area so plenty of space. A lot of attention to detail with the decor, very “boutique” on first impressions.
The apartment could be better equipped - there’s lots of stuff but not the right things! For instance there are 54 wine glasses but not a single cup or mug bigger than an espresso cup, I had to drink tea out of a cereal bowl! The kettle leaks. The beds and pillows are ok but not as comfy as they look. The owner never contacted me to arrange keys but I asked booking.cos to get her to call me which she did promptly, but unfortunately spoke next to no English. Anyway we got in drama free but if you get stressed about this stuff (I don’t) then it might be a problem. The piazza is very noisey at night as you would expect.

Un piacevole weekend famigliare a Lerici
Location vicinissima e comodissima al centro; appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto; ottima la pulizia. Eravamo un nucleo famigliare e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
Gli ambienti un pò piccoli e la problematica del parcheggio, che purtroppo è il lato dolente di queste ricercate località marine. Il portone dell'edificio condominiale meriterebbe un pò più manutenzione.

Un week end all’insegna della bellezza
Bellissimo appartamento situato nel centro di Lerici. Appena entrati siamo rimasti a bocca aperta dalla cura e dai dettagli di questo piccolo gioiello. Dotato di ogni comfort. Sicuramente ritorneremo per passare qualche giorno in più.

Pulito e funzionale. Porte interne nuovissime. Bagno di recente ristrutturazione. Silezioso. Dotazione cucina.
Portone, porta d'ingresso, serramenti e alcuni pavimenti datati. Matterassi un po' morbidi per noi. Prezzo un po' elevato.
