Charming apartment in quiet block, close to beach and town.
Nice decor, coffee machine and coffee too! Alfonso is charming. Lots of space, cute balcony. Comfy bed, plenty bedding options. Occasional lighting, retro furniture. Beach and town v close. Quiet condo, gated parking.
Small bathroom and shower. North facing, so little direct sun [but beach 3mins away].

Cosy flat in a perfect location
Perfect location close to the beach, promenade and restaurants. Private parking is an excellent bonus. Comfortable flat in a condominium equipped with a lift to easily take luggage to/from the car. San Lorenzo and Lerici are very nice places to stay several days and relax on the beach.

Spacious, well located flat
The flat is well located, 2min walk to the beach and to many restaurants. Free bus with connection to Lerici downtown. Host was very communicative and even gave us some recommendations. We would stay here again!

It was lovely and we are looking forward to come back next summer!!
Alfonso ‘s place is perfect, comfortable and very close to the beach, bar, restaurants and shops in San Terenzo. The apartment was very clean, good quality for the bed linen and towel, kitchen with everything you could need.
We have had problem with the WiFi and Alfonso was ready to try to fix it. He is very nice and careful to every need.
