A spacious place in a good location, but uncomfortably cold and lacking basic essentials

Spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Everything is within walking distance.

The apartment was very cold and sometimes it even felt warmer outside. It took hours for a living room to heat up each day. Bathroom soap was almost empty, no dishwashing liquid, and the sponge was wet and worn out. Water first ran cold and brown, and hot water in the kitchen was inconsistent. Very small shower cabin. Kitchen had a tiny bathroom-style trash bin. Would not recommend during colder weather.

Ok for exploring La Spezia and 5Terre, but the stay was spoiled by difficult parking and renovation

Well-located apartment in the center of La Spezia, close to the promenade, old town, and restaurants — perfect for visiting Cinque Terre. Well-equipped but a bit dated, with a bathroom needing some refreshment. This is a privately-owned apartment managed by a company, without a reception — everything is handled remotely (for some it's a plus, for others it's a minus). A great base for visiting Cinque Terre

Parking is extremely difficult — even unloading is tricky as the street is very narrow and one way. Unfortunately, during our stay there was renovation work in the next door apartment, which we weren’t informed about in advance (in such cases, the property manager informs about construction works and this information should have been provided to us). The noise from pneumatic hammering started early in the morning and was very disruptive.

Nice place to experience La Spezia

There were a lot of small things in the apartment to help our stay: soap, dish soap, sponge, salt, oil, pepper. Cupons to have breakfast in good places in the neighborhood.

No space to park the car. Switch to turn on the light in the hall was difficult to find.

Great location, great value.

Great location, 15mins or so to the train or port. Centro storico was also only a few blocks away. The place was so spacious and comfortable. Cute little balcony with a table and couple of chairs, makes it nice for morning coffees. Washer was a plus as well. Excellent communication with the host Hong, we had a couple issues and he was able to get it fixed right away. Would definitely love to stay again! Thanks!

La cocina está desprovista . Faltaba vajilla para cuatro, faltaban vasos. No había compoteras por ejemplo. Y la canilla de la cocina perdía agua. Todo fácilmente solucionable.

La caldera no funcionó bien y no salía agua caliente, porque goteaba agua un radiador, pero el Sr. Bao, el encargado ,fue muy diligente y vino a arreglarla. Como no acababa de solucionarse tuvo que volver al día siguiente y por las molestias nos hizo una rebaja en el precio . Una persona de palabra. Gracias sr Bao.

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Hafen und Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar und im Preis enthalten Frühstück wahlweise in diversen Bars. Können wir absolut empfehlen.
