Excellent location, spotless clean, Sabrina really nice and welcoming.
A bit annoying all the requests of the first contact in order to say
1. What time to arrive - OK understandable
2. I was asked to call 30min before arriving … no, not ok I have better things to think about of calculation 30min to call you
3. Asked to call when I’m in front of the gate : I was already well annoyed
4. The mattress way tooo soft
5. I presume summer time when windows open very noisy, windows facing a main piétons street

Location, staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was well designed and comfortable.
A little noisy at night as windows aren’t fully double glazed. But it was Christmas!!

It was very clean and nice, location was perfect
We just couldn’t find our way to parking garage near the apartments rather that that we didn’t have any problem

The bed was very comfortable.
It is very centrally located.
I like it when everything is really clean. The kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaned better. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't really clean either.
