The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment was equipped with all the basic essentials we needed for our stay.
The check-in process starts at a nearby office, where you collect the keys before walking to the apartment. The staff member who helped us was friendly and helpful, and the process was straightforward.
One thing to be aware of is that the photos in the listing appear to show multiple apartments. The apartment we were assigned was at a different address than what’s listed here, and while it was still a two-bedroom unit, it did not include the living room shown in the listing and felt smaller than we expected.

The keys were obtained at a small travel office a few blocks away. It was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment building was located off a main walking area and was easily found. It was great to have elevator access, air conditioning, and a little terrace. We enjoyed the decor and the bathroom design.
We forgot to ask for an extra key and had to arrange getting a copy.

Great location. Comfortable, well appointed and friendly staff
No oven. And had to manage our own rubbish. A little difficult for a long stay.
