Excellent location, spotless clean, Sabrina really nice and welcoming.

A bit annoying all the requests of the first contact in order to say 1. What time to arrive - OK understandable 2. I was asked to call 30min before arriving … no, not ok I have better things to think about of calculation 30min to call you 3. Asked to call when I’m in front of the gate : I was already well annoyed 4. The mattress way tooo soft 5. I presume summer time when windows open very noisy, windows facing a main piétons street

Location, staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was well designed and comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable. It is very centrally located.

I like it when everything is really clean. The kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaned better. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't really clean either.

Good location in the centre of shopping and restaurants, a bit of a walk from the central station but not very long. Good advice to buy the cinque terre parc 2 day tocket, rather than using the trenitalia app for train tickets.

Checkout is maybe an hour earlier than I'd like.

Very helpful with everything, nice tip for what to do. Location was perfect for us as a family of four.ok distance to Cinque terre, shopping and beaches .

Great location and a very well equipped apartment

The property is in a great location, situated on the restaurant and shopping street which is not open to vehicles. It’s only a short 10 minute walk from the train station. A couple of supermarkets nearby and many cafes and restaurants to chose from. The staff were very friendly when we collected the keys, and even followed up the following day with a message asking if we needed anything or any recommendations for restaurants or things to do etc..

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this property. Everything was as expected.

Very spacious, clean and well designed luxurious apartment with everything you might need, right in the center of a bustling little port city. The hosts were nothing short of amazing. They were very accommodating and helped us pick a lovely restaurant that only heightened the experience of our one night stay. Highly recommended!

There’s very little to dislike. Just make sure to read the hosts instructions carefully and that parking can be a challenge, but not impossible.

Clean bright modern apartment especially the beautiful bathroom. Had everything we needed including cooking facilities and a washing machine.

No Drier but utilised the towel heating rack and a clothes rack to dry our clothes overnight.

Loved it!

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town. La Spezia itself was a great spot to stay and then do day trips from. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything you needed. The air conditioning couldn't have been better, with three units you could come back to a cool apartment after a long hot day out. The staff were especially friendly and were quick to respond on booking.com.

The apartment was a little bit hard to find initially, only because when you put it into Google maps it takes you down the other side of the lane. We did find it fairly quickly, but google maps needs updating.

Facilities were very nice and modern. Comfortable beds, washing machine and kitchenette are all bonuses. Staff were amazing and location of the apartment is a good base to visit Cinque Terre. About a 15 minute walk to the train station.
