A comfortable, clean, and spacious stay with very responsive and helpful hosts.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The space was huge, spotless, and really comfortable, which made our trip even better. We did have a couple of small issues during our stay that weren’t the host’s fault at all, but they still went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us so quickly. The communication and response time were excellent. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Any small issues we experienced were outwith the host’s control and were resolved very quickly.

Stunning views, excellent value for money.

Magnificent views (note my photo of my favourite spot to just sit and have a drink) and the outdoor amenities were above the normal, making it excellent value for money. Being able to open doors and windows and have a beautiful breeze go through the apartment was much appreciated - the aircon was not on very often at all! The beds were comfortable, likewise the sofa. The kitchen was fully equipped (note breakfast just coffee and biscuits really but we don’t expect breakfast when going into a fully equipped apartment anyway). Having a washing machine in the back ‘shed’ is a plus. Overall a great stay and would recommend it.

Just a word of warning, not so much a dislike. The apartment has such great views as it is high on the hill so expect stairs and lots of them. If you don’t like stairs though, there is a bus that does go past it (No13) or take a cab…it would be worth it.

Toller Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Objekt liegt oberhalb des Stadtzentrums mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Das Stadtinnere ist über einen Lift problemlos erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin und ihr Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben sich immer wieder nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. La Spezia ist ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangsort für Kurzreisen nach Porto Venere, in die Cinque Terre, nach Lerici, Genua, Pisa und die Küstenorte in der nahen Umgebung.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist eher schwierig. In ca. fünf Gehminuten sind kostenfreie Parkplätze zu finden, die aber nicht selten besetzt sind. Häufig besetzt sind auch die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze in ähnlicher Fussdistanz. Unmittelbar beim Haus bestehen nur Parkplätze für Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner.
