Die Aussicht ist super und die Terrasse vor dem Apartment auch, den Pool konnten wir leider wegen schlechtem Wetter nicht mehr nutzen

Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich und mit großen Autos knifflig! Im dunklen kaum zu finden da nicht beleuchtet! Die Küchenausstattung für 4 Personen nicht akzeptabel

Traumhafte Aussicht! Wunderschönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick. Sehr gepflegter Pool. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Unser Hund war willkommen! Unkomplizierter checkin und -out ! Kann es allen weiterempfehlen!

Effectivement comme précisé dans l’annonce , l’accès est vraiment compliqué. La machine à laver est collective et aussi pour les femmes de ménages donc très difficile de trouver de la disponibilité. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine style couteau coupant.

Beautiful house and view

Breathtaking view and very nice house, set in olive groves. Comfortable beds and beautiful old interior. The pool with a view over La Spezia and the bay was idyllic, as was sitting out on the veranda in the evenings with the same view. It’s surprisingly quick and easy to drive to central La Spezia, and the Cinque Terre are easy to reach as well.

The listing on booking.com included air conditioning as a feature, but this is only in some of the apartments on the property, and not the one we stayed in. This was a problem for us during an August heatwave. The interior was very warm and it was hard to ventilate via open windows due to the mosquitoes. The small, windowless kitchen was particularly hard to be in and some basics were missing such as cooking knives, chopping board, bowls, air ventilation.

Séjour en demi-teinte malgré un lieu splendide

Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Quel panorama incroyable depuis la piscine. C'est également cet équipement qui fait tout le charme de ce lieu.

Toutefois, nous n'avions pas de climatisation dans la chambre au rez de chaussée. A 36 degrés dehors, il a été difficile pour nous de rester dans le studio alors que nous devions y travailler une demie-journée en télétravail. J'ignore cependant si c'est ma faute d'avoir mal lu l'annonce ou si c'est peu clair dans l'annonce. La connexion WIFI avait également du mal à passer. Et notre arrivée fut scabreuse tant le chemin pour y accèder est étroit et en pente . Nous avions pourtant un pick-up mais je déconseille de venir avec un véhicule long. Séjour en demi teinte compte tenu de l'accès et du manque de climatisation dans une région si chaude l'été.

Prachtig uitzicht over la Spezia met prima appartement en zwembad. Appartement binnen is prima ingericht wel bed in woonkamer dus binnen weinig beweegruimte.

De keukeninrichting is zeer matig qua spullen. Geen snijplank en koekenpan aanwezig dus zelf koken vergt wat creativiteit. Zwembad sluit om 18.30u en is wat ons betreft wat vroeg. Weg aar de appartementen toe is een flinke uitdaging. Vrij steil en Italiaans smal...

Fin utsikt uppe i bergen. Lugnt och avkopplande. Stor trevlig balkong med fin utsikt. Bra utgångspunkt om man vill utforska Cinque Terre, men kräver att man har bil.

Köket kunde varit bättre utrustat. Anläggningen känns inte så välunderhållen, vilket är synd då den har fin potential.

Fantastiskt läge med strålande utsikt. Utmanande bilväg sista biten till huset, mycket brant.

Lägenheten i mitten längst ner var mycket varm då AC saknades och hade behövts. Det hade varit vara bra om sophinkarna var uppmärkta med vad som skulle sorteras i dom.

Bezoek Cinque Terre

De ruimte en een mooi zwembad. Ook fijn dat je de auto dichtbij kon parkeren. De tuin was mooi, en je kon op meerdere leuke plekjes zitten. Ook was er voldoende schaduw. Wij hadden wel een leuk uitzicht.

Bijzondere indeling van het appartement, duidelijk dat het gespitst was. Wij hadden nog een groot terras, maar het terras van de buren was klein en afgeschermd met een ijzeren hek wat met soort jutte was afgewerkt. Dus doorzichtig en ook hadden wij last van dat de buren buiten zaten te roken. De douche lekte bij ons erg, dit gemeld en ze gaan dit repareren. Ook was het erg gehoorig, bij de buren boven ons kon je de stoelen horen schuiven.

L'accès est difficile avec une route très pentue pour y accéder (voiture autre que 4*4 s'abstenir) et manque de place de parking (par rapport au nombre d'appartement a louer), Nous n'avons vu aucun hôte durant nos 3 nuits la bas.

Vue de la terrasse magnifique sur la baie de la Spezia. La piscine très grande avec la vue sur la mer était fermée et bâchée mais cela est normal à cette saison. L' appartement est grand avec un accès facile. La maison est divisée en appartement, elle a un très beau jardin. Le parking est grand.

Une machine à café était annoncée mais elle n'y était pas. Les lits sont très vieux et inconfortables. Il y a beaucoup d'insectes morts et vivants dans le logement. Nous étions en rez de chaussée, les locataires du dessus ont été très bruyants, l'isolation phonique est quasi inexistante, nous avons très mal dormi lorsque les locataires du dessus étaient là.

Molto piacevole ma migliorabile il rapporto qualità/prezzo

La posizione panoramica della villa è eccezionale, immersa nella natura, comoda ai sentieri (anche se alcuni non troppo battuti ) ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità. Nel nostro appartamento è stato molto piacevole e godibile lo spazio del porticato per fare colazione e pranzare all’aperto.

Per avere quel panorama, chiaramente bisogna un po’ arrampicarsi e la stradina per raggiungere la villa, sebbene tutta asfaltata, in alcuni punti è un po’ impegnativa. Inoltre poi, sebbene l’esterno è molto curato, negli interni si possono trovare quelle imperfezioni tipiche di una villa d’epoca, che a tratti vanno un po’ oltre lo shabby-chic. Infine sul divano letto si può fare decisamente meglio, in quello di cui abbiamo usufruito noi pensare di dormire più di tre notti è davvero arduo

Der Pool war leider gesperrt, obwohl wir vor der Buchung nachgefragt hatten. Leider fehlt auch etwas die Liebe fürs Detail: Duschtür kaputt und mit einem Vorhang repariert, einfachstes Toilettenpapier, kein Salz oder Feuerzeug

Beautiful views over La Spezia and impeccable grounds. Place looks exactly as described and staff was lovely.

Access road is best suited to experienced drivers. The kitchen is very basic and bedding could be upgraded. Provision of basic supplies (ie. salt, olive oil) or a simple Italian breakfast would make a stay more convenient.

Die Aussicht auf den Hafen von La Spezia ist wirklich traumhaft. Marta hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt, es lief alles reibungslos. Das Appartement ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt ist typisch wie eben die engen Straßen sind in Italien. Langsam fahren dann ist alles gut.

Nada . Instalações velhas e toscas . Precisa de retrofit. Muita pretensão chamar o quarto de cima de loft. O quarto de baixo é vendido com vista para o mar , outra mentira pq vc tem q sair no jardim pra ver o mar …Uma enganação após outra. Não acredite nas fotos. É muiiiito pior mas vc só vai descobrir qdo não puder mais desistir como foi com q gente

O local é de péssimo acesso com subida íngreme , estrada estreita e curvas fechadas . Fomos de moto e eu nunca vi nada parecido em nenhuma das minhas viagens .Se chover vc não chega e não sai. Se vier um carro na outra mão alguém vai ter q dar ré ! Funciona pra quem gosta de escalar morro ou é piloto de rally . Em nenhum momento a propriedade avisa que é de difícil acesso pra poder pegar os trouxas que já pagaram e não vão ter reembolso como foi nosso caso . Fomos embora para um hotel ótimo mas perdemos o dinheiro da reserva deles . Se fosse no Brasil daria pra processar por propaganda enganosa . A Booking tb deveria avaliar antes de anunciar qualquer espelunca como faz o AirBnb que está dominando o mercado de hospedagem por sua curadoria de locais

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, sehr ruhig und entspannend! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist beeindruckend! Die Wohnung bedeckt alle Bedürfnisse für eine Woche schönen Urlaubs. Die Küche ist ein netter Aufenthaltsort mit Fensteraussichten auf Garten und Olivenhaine. Es finden sich viele nette und ebenfalls beeindruckende Ausflugsziele! Die Zufahrt ist zwar teilweise eng, aber ohne jegliche Probleme für eine gute Auffahrt. Wer hier schon Probleme hat, stellt eine Gefahr im öffentlichen Verkehr dar und sollte Übungsstunden in der Fahrschule einplanen oder nur geführte Gruppenreisen einplanen! Viele historische Städtchen in Italien haben noch viel engere Straßen. Zuletzt ist der freundliche Empfang und die Betreuung durch Marta positiv hervorzuheben. Gerne wieder!
