Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro e il porto a piedi. Proprietari solerti nel cercare di risolvere i problemi.
Ci sono delle manutenzioni ancora da fare, tipo sistemare le prese che si staccano dal muro. Il pavimento della casa è in pendenza e anche tutti gli scarichi ne risentono

La posizione ottima e l'appartamento molto spazioso e tranquillo. Ottima la pulizia. Praticamente all'inizio del centro storico.
Purtroppo a La Spezia è un delirio parcheggiare e sulle prime è stato molto difficile capire dove sostare per arrivare all'appartamento (che è all'inizio di una ZTL). Poi ti accorgi che a breve distanza c'è il parcheggio Europa e che di notte c'è meno caos e puoi lasciare la macchina con più facilità. L'appartamento è ben servito e il centro si gira tranquillamente a piedi.

The bathroom sink had a terrible leak that had been going on for a while as it was extremely musty in there.
