Nice place in the centre of Spezia

There is low chance to catch near parking (same cars was parked on most of places all time we was there, but we parked on underground Europa square parking for about 20 euro for 16 hours

Wonderful stay in La Spezia

Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Located very close to restaurants and the ferry. Our host, Linda, greeted us with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay with phenomenal hosts!

Very clean, lots of amenities. The host had it stocked with snacks, toiletries including hair dryer and curling iron, and full kitchen & laundry. The apartment is huge and comfortable and they went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed or wanted.

We had a lovely stay at Linda’s place, would recommend as a base to Cinque Terre.

The apartment was bigger than we expected which was great for 4 adults. Having the breakfast was good, we didn’t feel like we needed to rush out and grab something to eat straight away. Linda was a fantastic host, she collected and dropped us off at the train station, which was a beautiful thing to do. Very close to the ferries for us to go Cinque Terre.

Comfortable beds and lovely apartment

A clean, spacious and beautiful apartment. Comfy beds, all the amenities and more! Linda and Roberto were so kind and helpful…they went above and beyond. The grab’n-go breakfast items were especially nice. Close and easy access to/from the train station via bus.

A one night stay to visit Cinque Terre. We loved it and enjoyed our evening in La Spezia.

The apartment was well located to visit La Spezia itself and for the train to Cinque Terre. The apartment was very clean, light and airy and very well equipped. The host had even stocked the fridge and provided breakfast croissants.

Great apartment, amazing host. Highly recommended.

It’s just perfect. A lot of space even for big families. AC. All the appliance you may need. Very silent place. Very clean. Location is also very good, close to La Spezia train station (best point to start Cinque Terre trip). Apartment owner was extremely helpful and nice person, who came earlier than us just to find us parking place by the house, and keep it for us. A nice breakfast was also left for us in the fridge.

The state of accommodation is beyond expectation with very well welcoming environments.

Breakfast with lots of common menus including varieties of fruits, choices of coffee & tea, youghout, breads, cereals, drinks were made available in the kitchen/freeze. Extra pillows and blankets readily availables in the wardrobe. Realy feel at home with many display of toys. Washing mashine, detergent, ironing & hangers readily available. The wi-fi work very well for telephone, internet and also for variaty of TV channels. Really enjoy the stay and also the surrounding close by shop and cafe.

There are lots of parking lots within the area, but to find the empty one close to the entrance is really depend on the luck.

A big well equipped apartment, located a bit far from the center but a very good option for tourists who are staying for 1-2 nights. There are products for breakfast.

The beds are not very comfortable and at night (weekend) it was quite noisy from the outside.

The apartment was very clean and nice. There were towels on every bed and a box of shampoo and body wash next to the shower. The lady who we met was very nice and helpful. She was amazing!!

The apartment is really big, kitchen well equiped, master bedroom was very comfortable, but beds in the second room were too short for my 19th years old son (he is just close to 1.8m high).

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit tollen Gastgebern in einer guten Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Die Gastgeber sind super nett, flexibel und einfach herzlich und liebevoll. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Ferienwohnung ist toll und man kann von hier super zum Bahnhof oder zum Hafen, um zu den Dörfern Cinque Terre zu reisen. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht, aber die Wohnung war wirklich toll, großzügig, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und recht gut gelegen - entweder Bus vor der Haustür oder laufen (zum Bahnhof). Öffentliche Parkplätze waren ausreichend vor der Tür vorhanden (2025 - 1€ pro Stunde). Das Frühstück wurde extra für uns eingekauft, die Kinder wurden berücksichtigt... ich sag ja - herzlich und liebevoll. Vielen Dank.

Appartement très bien situé, propre avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte. Linda avait mis une corbeille de fruits ainsi que des yaourts et boissons pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Pur si simplu exceptional

Acest apartament si proprietara ar trebui sa fie standardul pentru nota 10. Nu cred ca poti gasi ceva mai bun. Proprietara ne-a asteptat in strada si ne-a retinut un loc de parcare. In apartament am gasit totul curat si foarte frumos mobilat si decorat. In frigider am gasit fructe, gustari, cafea care ne-au ajuns pentru cele doua nopti in care am stat aici. Exista absolut toate facilitatile pentru a te simti ca acasa. Exceptional, cu adevarat.

Hermosa propiedad.la propietaria Linda, súper amable, se ofreció para llevarnos hasta la estación de trenes. El desayuno muy completo. Queda muy cerca de la pasarela del puerto donde podes tomar el ferry a 5 terre. Una experiencia de viaje fantástica

Kényelmes lakás, kedves tulajdonos

Linda nagyon barátságosan fogadott bennünket. A lakás első emeleti, tágas, jól felszerelt. A kikötőtől és a belvárostól 15-20 perc sétányira található, de a közelben is jó éttermek vannak.

Öt fős családdal kicsit kényelmetlen volt, hogy csak egy közös fürdő-WC van a lakásban.

Alloggio ampio ,grande e confortevole , pulitissimo con due camere spaziose soggiorno con un diavano letto che non ci è servito , bagno ampio e pulito , colazione abbondante parte in frigorifero e parte nella dispensa , sotto casa ci sono parcheggi a pagamento facile trovarli liberi anche nelle vie vicine , e nella via vicina ci sono parcheggi libero . ECCEZIONALE
