Really nice stay. Apartment was clean and spacious. Host was amazing and provided us all the info about the surrounding places. Nice small bakery is near the apartment, city centre is 15min walk away with restaurants. Beaches are near.
There is no air conditioner, so sleeping is best with windows open. Waste needs to be sorted, but there is only one bin so needed to organize how to sort the waste ourselves.

Dans un magnifique vieil immeuble, appartement restauré à neuf, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte, toujours disponible pour nous donner les informations nécessaires

La casa è estremamente confortevole, spaziosa e devo dire che l’abbiamo trovata pulitissima. Si trova in ottima posizione per arrivare alla Stazione Centrale (noi l’abbiamo utilizzata come base per le Cinque Terre) e per esplorare il centro di La Spezia. Gli host sono stati accoglienti e precisi nelle indicazioni. Se dovessimo tornare in zona sarà sicuramente la nostra casa di riferimento.
Unica pecca, ma non dipende dall'host, è il parcheggio un po' difficoltoso. Ma vista la vicinanza alla Stazione c'era da aspettarselo. Comunque niente di grave girando un po' il posto di trova.
