Recently renovated, homey apartment with stunning view. Quiet and private. Incredible host. Would definitely stay here a

Nothing really bad. Plumbing and water tap might be improved in the shower. Washing machine manual would be nice to have.

Wir würden wieder kommen

In der Ferienwohnung war wirklich alles da, angefangen von den Spülmaschinentabs und Geschirrtücher über Waschmittel, Handseife bis hin zu Grillkohle. Es waren auch verschieden dicke Zudeckbetten und Kopfkissen in jeder Größe vorhanden

Die Warmwassereinstellung in der Dusche war eine Herausforderung. Millimeterweise musste der Mischhebel bewegt werden um die richtige Temperatur zu bekommen. Dadurch sind natürlich sehr viele Liter Wasser sinnlos verbraucht worden

Definitiv einen Besuch Wert

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unfassbar schön. Die Lage ist recht gut um die schönsten Orte zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist solide ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Gastgeber ist wirklich extrem nett und hat ein Lob verdient.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts nennenswertes um was Negatives hervorzuheben.

Une maison fantastique avec une vue magnifique sur une terrasse superbe. Et surtout un hôte Fabio exceptionnel avec plein de bons conseils. Un accueil très chaleureux avec de l’eau au frais et pleins d explications pour notre séjour.

Super point de chute pour explorer la Spezia et les cinque terre

Super vue, hôte très prévenant et très gentil. Maison très bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. Clim' efficace et heureusement vu la surface de baie vitrée !!!

Ideális hely egy családi olasz nyaraláshoz.

Az apartman tágas, 4 fő számára bőséges és jól felszerelt. Hatalmas terasszal rendelkezik amelyről belátni az egész La Spezia öblöt, kb 200 méterrel a tengerszint felett. A szállás gyönyörű helyen van. Kelet fele néz így a teraszon már reggel is sut a nap. Este fele pedig már a hegy learnyekolja így éjszaka hűvösebb van. A kilátás fantasztikus. A vendéglátó nagyon kedves és bármiben segít. Kozel van Cinque Térre ami csodálatos kiránduló cél, illetve Lerici ahol gyönyörű strandok vannak.

Kissé messzebb van a város központtól így autóval kell menni boltba is, de cserébe kapjuk a fantasztikus kilátást.

Globalement, c'est l'endroit idéal pour une grande famille, aussi comme pour un couple. Dès votre arrivée, la vue sur la mer et la ville est à couper le souffle. Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable et sans stress. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, communicatifs et disponibles en cas de besoin. Toutes les informations concernant la description de l'appartement sont exactes et le prix est raisonnable pour la haute saison. Merci à la famille Vignale et au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt.

Lokalizacja REWELACJA! Parking przy domu, WIDOK na prawie całą La Spezia! Sam ten widok robi robotę! Dom wyposażony standardowo, wszystko co potrzebne. Gospodarze : Fabio i jego tata Sergio bardzo uczynni. Były przygotowane podstawowe informacje po polsku.

Superbe séjour

Le gîte très agréable avec une belle terrasse vue sur la mer et la ville de La Spezia Le propriétaire Fabio nous agréable très bien reçu et de plus il est à notre écoute toujours prêt à rendre service et à nous aider quand nous en avons besoin par exemple prendre téléphoner pour nous en italien pour retenir un resto Enfin que du bien sur ce séjour. A recommander

Superbe situation au calme de la ville, nécessitant peut-être un véhicule car transport en commun aléatoire. Fabio( loueur) est une personne très agréable, aidante qui est réactif à toute demande.

La vue, la terrasse, les prestations sur place. L'emplacement idéal pour aller visiter les cinq Terres :. Parking gratuit à La Spezia . Une navette de bus gratuite du parking qui vous dépose ensuite à quelques minutes à pied de la gare.

Maison exceptionnelle dans les hauteurs de La Spezia

Très belle maison, neuve, bien équipée, dans les hauteurs de La Spezia et pourtant très proche du parking gratuit. La terrasse et sa vue exceptionnelle sont juste formidables ! Notre hôte, Fabio, très accueillant, parle en plus fort bien français! Il nous a conseillé pour notre séjour et s'est montré très disponible, un grand merci !

Nicht zu empfehlen, wir sind früher wieder abgereist

Ausblick

Der muffige Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit, zu dünne Decken für die Jahreszeit, Heizung müssten wir erst suchen, das Haus war komplett ausgekühlt. Heizung war nicht regulierbar, Wassertemperatur in der Küche entweder heiss oder kalt. Stopfen in der Spüle fehlte. Matratzen durchgelegen und Fenster im Bad notdürftig repariert. Das war die teuerste Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals gemietet haben, gleichzeitig auch eine der schlechtesten.
