très bon accueil à la réception des clés. Monsieur très sympathique. l'emplacement était magnifique la maison très cocooning on s'y sent bien, maison très propre claire fraîche et agréable à vivre une terrasse avec une vue sur le golf imprenable très bien équipée et très bien pensée lumière le soir chaises longues table abritée du soleil et très aérée bref magnifique.
il manque un peu de matériel de cuisine.

Het appartement is nieuw, ruim, licht en aan alles is gedacht. Fabio de host is zeer gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen waar nodig. De ruime kamers, fijne douche, goed uitgeruste keuken en prima bedden zorgen voor een heerlijk verblijf. Het prachtige uitzicht over La Spezia is werkelijk fantastisch.
Ligt op 200 meter boven zeeniveau, een auto is wel handig als je wat wilt gaan doen. In de stad is een gratis parkeergelegenheid vlakbij het station.

Clean modern comfortable and well equipped with lovely outdoor space and an exceptional view. Our host Fabio could not have been more pleasant and helpful and gave us great information about the area. Be advised this property is out of town so you need a car. It’s free and easy to park in the city with a free shuttle bus that runs. We actually walked into town… it’s a lovely walk in the countryside and all downhill! It was cheap and easy to get a taxi back in the evening. Highly recommended 😊😊

Nous avons adoré la vue avec une grande terrasse, l'emplacement de la maison est top(10 minutes d'un parking gratuit conseillé par l'hôte) non loin de la gare de la spezia, l'aménagement des pièces est efficace et l'accueil agréable.
