Comfortable

I liked the comfort, the cleanliness, the kitchen was big and well equipped: laundry, dish washer

The flat was a bit cold but we used the duvets and it was okay in the end

Excellent hosts, very comfortable apartment on the ground floor.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was very tastefully decorated and had AC in both bedrooms which is a big plus in some or most Italian apartments. The hosts were very nice and friendly. We also appreciated the ground floor after climbing multiple stairs in other apartments in other Italian cities.

The location was a bit too remote from most restaurants and nightlife. We had to walk for almost 40 minutes to the port and most attractions. If I had to book another apartment in La Spezia, I'd choose a more central location closer to the port and train station.

A beautiful apartment in a great location!

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. I adore how much attention the hosts pay to the details (I never saw black dish sponges!). Also the location is very convenient. It's quiet inside, we almost didn't hear the street noise.

Finding a parking lot was tricky. When we arrived (Sunday evening) we had luck and parked near the door. But on working days it was full and we had to leave the car near another building (and we were warned we couldn't do that). Also in the street all spaces were occupied. We are a family of 5, but there are only 4 chairs in the kitchen, so we could't eat all at a time. Anyway, we were very happy with this apartment!

Very good communication with host Completely renovated property with all needs looked after Good to have free parking close by Just like the pictures I would like to just note that there is no living room , apartment has two good size bedrooms and bathroom and kitchen communicated with a nice long hallway

Nice place to discover the Cinque Terre with the family

Nice and quiet apartment, well equipped as per the description. Rooms are comfortable for 5 persons Quite easy to park neareby. 15min walking to the central train station: ideal to visit the Cinque Terre by train.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt, nowo wyposażony lokal poza centrum - miejsce do którego warto wracać

Nowe wyremontowane mieszkanie do dyspozycji dla 4 osób, dwa pokoje wyposażone w podwójne łóżka.. W każdy pokoju klimatyzacja, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, nowa łazienka. Mieszkanie na parterze, przy drodze, ale nie było hałasu z zewnątrz. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który dostarczył klucze. 15 minut do dworca na pociąg i do centrum. Pociągiem możliwy łatwy dojazd na Cinque Terre.

Tylko jedna uwaga - parking we własnym zakresie - ale poza strefą dla lokalnych mieszkańców ZTL. Za każdym razem jak przyjeżdżałem znajdowałem w pobliżu miejsce do parkowania.

La casa estaba muy bien equipada, con varias cosas de cortesía, todo muy limpio y lindo

Llegar en auto puede ser complicado te manda por una calle muy finita donde no pasan autos grandes, y no hay supermercado cerca, se necesitaba salir en auto para hacer cosas
