Cinque Terre Casa Gina La Spezia

Excellent communication with the host. He let us drop our bags very early. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We had our 18 month old son with us and felt very safe. Brand new cot in the room for him as-well.

Proximity to everything, great location, lovely clean apartment and excellent communication from the owner.

Fantastic apartment! Clean, arranged with taste, great location, equipped with everything we needed. Airco in both bedrooms. Close to everything. You can get up in the morning and go for little shopping in the food market behind the corner, buy cappuccino on the way back and feel for a moment like being part of the society in La Spezia. Walking distance to the train station so you can make daily trips to Cinque Terre or take the bus to Portovenere and other locations while spend calm mornings and evenings at your „home” to rest and relax in this great place. Shops and restaurants on the same street. We stayed nearly whole week with our family of 5 and it was very comfortable! It wasn’t really noisy during the week so we had no problems sleeping. We are definitely coming back!

Spacious and comfortable suite in the ZTL/pedestrian zone of the historic center. What a find! The suite had every comfort we needed; the beds were comfortable; the host was gracious, accommodating and a great communicator; and the location was ideal -- close in to every eatery were wanted to visit, as well as the waterfront. Thank you, Matteo, for a lovely stay! If ever we're back in La Spezia, we'll check to see if your suite is available before looking elsewhere.
