Good place to stay
This is very good apartment for stay in La Spezia - great located, clean and very cozy. I had some "bad" comments but would stay at this place again - it is really good. P.S. Beds were amazingly comfortable.
We had problems with electricity - shuted down for a couple of times. When asking the owner, our whatsup msg was seen and ignored - really wird. We suposted that washing mascine and air condition shouln't work at the same time - system overload. Airconditon system was leaking straight to the diningroom table - but worked corectly.

Apartamento grande y muy bien ubicado. Estas al lado de todo lo que hay que visitar. Agradable en lo referente a la decoración.
Muy ruidoso especialmente el fin de semana. Es una entreplanta con las ventanas dando a un restaurante con terraza. Tuvimos un par de incidencias en el piso y nadie respondió. Llevar algún producto conta los mosquitos..

Le bruit extérieur Une partie du logement donnant sur une cour intérieure très sombre et la fenêtre d’une chambre était bloquée à cause d’une poignée cassée Impossible de garer un véhicule à proximité

Cet appartement est très spacieux même pour 6, il est à proximité de tout commerces, restaurants, gare, port… cet appartement est vraiment top. Le gérant également la communication est très fluide, il est très disponible
Il manque éventuellement une cafetière et un petit aspirateur pour faire un petit coup de propre mais rien à redire ce n’est que du plus Je recommande les yeux fermés
