La propreté et le confort du logement. Situé au calme à côté du petit port et de ses restaurants. Le parking privé, la climatisation. Très bonne communication pour notre arrivée et conseils pour visiter la région. Les chiens sont acceptés.

Parkeren voor de deur was erg prettig. Ook de airco werkte goed en het bed en de kussens lagen verder comfortabel. De receptionist was bovendien heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De veiligheidsdeur gaf een extra gevoel van zekerheid.
Daartegenover stonden wel een aantal duidelijke minpunten. Er waren geen verduisterende gordijnen, wat zorgde voor minder privacy en het slapen minder prettig maakte door lichtinval. Op de kussens zaten bovendien vieze vlekken, wat minder hygiënisch aanvoelde. Het hotel was erg gehorig; je hoorde echt alles van de buren en de gang, al hadden wij geluk met rustige buren. De douche was aan de kleine kant en lijkt toe aan vervanging. De locatie ligt wat verder van La Spezia af, maar dat was vooraf al bekend.
