Absolute perfect place to stay when visiting Cinque Terre!

We absolutely loved it! Giovanni is awesome. He brought breakfast every day. The property is a 20 min walk to La Spezia station and is such a relaxing retreat away from Cinque Terre. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby as well as a nice park to run in.

Home away from home

+ The host (Giovanni) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. + He provided excellent fresh breakfast everyday without disturbing our privacy (left it in a secret location in the graden!). + The house is spacious and clean; it is reasonably modern has adequate furtniture. + The facilities are all reasonably functional. It all felt very comfortable and cozy; much recommended.

The road to the house is a bit challenging; the final exit from the main road is a bit hidden and we missed it once; the host met us at a nearby location and we followed him. Make sure that you learn how to operate the jacuzzi as it is not trivial. Also the boiler has limited capacity and after 2-3 showers it can get a bit cold, which takes an hour or two to warm up again. The house has a separate heating (and cooling) system both upstairs and downstairs and hence, this is not a problem for heating. All in all, I would conside these very minor issues and had little/no effect on our comfort.

The interior is cool and contemporary. Loved the shower and faucet sensor system, very practical. Large terrace allowing nice evenings out there.

The bedroom furniture felt a bit weak, but comfortable. Coffee machine wasn’t working unfortunately.

Pleasant little break

Super clean, very modern and a really nice layout with lots of features like the pool an gazebo area. We felt really at home here for the 2 days we spent here, and a great location near the city.

Had a few problems with the hot tub but the owners came out to fix it so we can’t really complain. Everything else was perfect 👌

Amazing stay in La Spezia

The house was nothing short of amazing. equipped with all luxury conveniences, clean and relaxing. good for relaxing at any time of the day, both inside and out. My family and I had an amazing stay and we really liked the owner. Giovanni is the best host and really wants you to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

楼下两张单人床较为简陋，床垫塌陷导致睡眠不适；客厅沙发床及寝具清洁度欠佳。夏季蚊虫较多，虽房东提供了灭蚊器，仍难免被叮咬。此外，游泳池尺寸较小，仅适合儿童戏水。

Grauenhafter Urlaub, nicht zu empfehlen. Mit Luxus hat das nichts zu tun.

Um ehrlich zu sein, hat uns nichts gefallen.

Ort war grauenhaft laut und schmutzig. Das Haus und die Abflüsse haben nach Kloake gerochen. Kühlschrank war sehr dreckig. Schränke unter dem Waschbecken schmutzig. Fußboden schmutzig und fleckig, farbige Socken, bereits nach einem Tag braun. Flackerndes Licht im Bad, kaputter Spiegel im Bad, welcher mit Klebeband angeklebt wurde. Überall Dreck an den Wänden, Möbel und Kissen nicht gereinigt, mega unbequem. Matratze im Schlafzimmer grauenhaft, Federung drückt sich in den Körper. Hohe Verletzungsgefahr im Haus und Garten, Holz um den Pool herum, moderig und ungepflegt, Schrauben schauen aus der Konstruktion, hohe Verletzungsgefahr! Keine Poolabdeckung, ph-wert nicht nachgewiesen. Ameisen auf der Küchenleiste, Ameisen unter dem Balkon, überall Ameisenstraßen am Haus. Putz blättert an den Hausstützen ab. Ratten im Garten, Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haus liegt an einer lauten Schnellstraße/ Landstraße. Parkplatz nicht gepflastert, dunkel und gruselig. Es nimmt kein Ende.
