Fantastic location and apartment in La Spezia.
Great location. Close to train station and walkable to the train station. Even with luggage. Also so close to great restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 7 Also nice to have an elevator to the 2nd floor. Grocery close by too

Centrally located close to he station. Plenty of food and shopping options around the corner in the Main Street of the town. Apartment catered for 12 people and was very comfortable.

It was very convenient for a lovely visit to Cinque Terre.
It was very convenient for the station and had everything we needed for a short stay. Theo who checked us in was very nice and showed us everything we needed. 4 good double bedrooms and we appreciated the washing machine and smart tv.
They advertise parking on site non reserved at 12 euros a day. It is only on street parking or car parks. We parked at the station and it cost us 50euros for a day and a half. I think it is misleading on purpose. The front door to the building was very difficult to get in. The sort meant is mostly furnished with ikea furniture but looks like it is slightly higher standard on the photos.
