Quite good stay.

Location is nice, good price and quality balance. Beutiful city view was only seen from our bathroom or shared indoor terrace.

There were missing window curtains in the bathroom, quite strange to shower naked opposite to window.

Good option for visiting 5 Terre

Good location, only few minutes drive to the train station which has direct trains to 5 Terre (takes 15 minutes). Nice view and comfortable rooms. It's a great choice if a good night sleep is what you're looking for.

Ottimo e comodo check in automatizzato, bellissima vista su La Spezia, stanza con balconcino molto carina e pulita.

Un peccato che nella stanza comune, molto bella e con vista, si fumi. Puzzava e non abbiamo avuto voglia di fermarci.

Da evitare. Abbiamo soggiornato (fortunatamente) solo una notte. L’esterno è totalmente trascurato, si parla di giardino ma è utilizzato per stendere lenzuola di non si sa chi e l’effetto non è dei migliori. Per raggiungere le stanze ci sono scale veramente molto scomode e ripide che andrebbero segnalate. La porta della stanza non si chiude a chiave dall’interno, lo abbiamo segnalato ma il proprietario non ci ha mai risposto. La tv non funziona. La cosa più assurda di tutte è che il cane ha un costo supplementare di ben VENTI € a notte e tutto questo non viene specificato in anticipo ma il proprietario te lo dice solo dopo la prenotazione (non rimborsabile).

Stanza pulita e molto accogliente , bagno ampio con doccia con sensore di temperatura , posizione ottima si vede tutta La Spezia !!! Bellissimo. posizione super panoramica.

La famiglia che affitta e' piuttosto chiassosa mi sono svegliato alle 7 perché si sono trovati tutti a fare colazione e parlavano tutti con toni molto alti. Questa e' l'unica vera pecca!

Horrible et miteux

Le loueur a refusé de nous donner les codes pour accéder aux clés car il n'avait pas nos pièces d'identité, nous avons patienté avec enfants épuisés par 5 heures de route, dans le froid et la nuit pendant une heure parque le propriétaire ne voulait pas nous répondre et surtout pas de déplacer. Le logement n'est pas bien indiqué, pas de lumière extérieure pour y accéder, vétuste, sale et sans équipements. Un logement rempli d'humidité avec de la moisissure sur les murs, nous avons dormi avec nos doudounes, pas de radiateur qui fonctionnent sauf dans une pièce mais insuffisant pour chauffer, présence d'un radiateur rouillé dans la salle de douche qui ne fonctionne plus depuis des années. Des insectes punaises sur le sol de la salle de douche, une porte de cabine de douche cassée, une vue sur des déchets, la fenêtre de la chambre des enfants ne fermait pas. Tout était d’une extrême saleté, il n'y avait pas de shampooing, et 4 pauvres petits échantillons de gel douche, insuffisants pour une seule douche. Luminaires grillés non remplacés dans la salle de douche. A fuir!

Purtroppo mi scrivevano tramite Booking e io che non lo uso dal telefono avevo difficoltà a leggere per tempo i messaggi, colpa mia sicuramente ma non vedendosi in loco mi sono anche dimenticato la tassa di soggiorno.

Ottima posizione, non lontana da La Spezia. Vista spettacolare. Gli ambienti erano puliti e ordinati, stanze silenziose. Comodissimo il parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale e lo terremo in considerazione la prossima volta che torneremo a La Spezia.

Ci vorrebbe una leggera manutenzione in più, nulla da sconvolgere il nostro soggiorno. Il lavandino del bagno era leggermente ostruito.

Het lobby is knus en de uitzicht was mooi van boven. Het was niet zo luxe maar wel comfortabel. De eigenaars waren ze heel aardig. Ook goede advies gegeven ivm reizen naar Cinque Terre.

Piękny widok z tarasu, dostępnego dla wszystkich gości. Rano można było tam wypić kawę, patrząc na dolinę zalaną światłem. Dzieci były zachwycone zwierzętami — oswojonymi aż za bardzo.

Zaczęło się niewinnie. Przylot późnym wieczorem, rutynowe zameldowanie, plan jak każdy inny. Tyle że gospodarz miał inne plany. „Przyjazd po 23:00? To będzie dodatkowe 20 euro” – rzucił przez Booking, jakby sprzedawał bilet na koncert, nie dostęp do miejsca, które z definicji powinno być gotowe. Tyle że klucze były w skrzynce kodowej. Po co więc ta dopłata? Nikt nie pytał. Dotarłem dwie godziny wcześniej. Czekałem. Czekałem zbyt długo. W końcu łaskawie mnie „zameldował” – przez wiadomość Whatsapp nie było go mimo że byłem przed 21:00 tak jak chciał. Oficjalny adres z Bookingu? Numer 5. Faktyczny adres? 16. Mały szczegół, prawda? Tyle że po długim dniu taki szczegół potrafi doprowadzić człowieka do granicy wytrzymałości bo to inny koniec ulicy.... Wejście do apartamentu? Przez taras, potem drzwi tak wąskie, że spodziewałem się znaleźć za nimi Narnię. Zamiast tego – wspólna kuchnia, a nasz „apartament” oddzielały cienkie, przesuwne drzwi. Zamykane od środka na haczyk. Haczyk, który można było otworzyć z zewnątrz. Ręką. Bez klucza. Bez wysiłku. Wewnątrz korytarz jak z taniego thrillera – dwa pokoje i łazienka. Te na szczęście zamykane na normalne zamki. Ale zapach... ten zapach. Jakby ktoś próbował zakryć coś gorszego niż papierosy. Coś, co nie chce wyjść ze ścian. Jeszcze znajomy gospodarza, który przyszedł jak już było wszystko ogarnięte i jakoś tak ze mną rozmawiał po angielsku jakby miał o coś pretensje? Nic nie wiedział kiedy zapytałem dlaczego musiałem przyjechać do 21:00 jak klucze są i tak w kodowanej skrzynce a zdjęcia dokumentów zaproponowałem żeby wysłać Whatsapp? To miało być zwykłe miejsce na nocleg. Ale każde miejsce ma swoją historię. I nie każda z nich kończy się dobrze. Tu skoczyło się dobrze.

Nous avons apprécié tous les renseignements donnés avant l'arrivée .Grande chambre et belle salle de bain. Possibilité d'utiliser une terrasse privative le linge fourni était joli et les serviettes de toilette douces.

Forte odore di ambientatore chimico, così forte che ne meno con me finestre aperte si riusciva a respirare. Le luci della camera rimangono accese a metta e non si riesce a riposare bene. Guarnizioni della doccia sporchissime e peli sul bagno.
