Great host and amazing apartment

We traveled as a group of 4 people and we found this apartment to be very clean with all the things that we needed. The host was amazing and was always available for any questions. The place is close to many good restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest train station can be reached in 10 min by walk and from there it takes 5-6 min to reach the main station.

If you are visiting the Cinque Terre villages or any other place, ensure that you check the last train/bus from the central station.

Perfect location

Everything is great! the hostess Laura is a charm and provides you with a lot of information so that you have the best stay. Also, the location is perfect to go to the Cinque Terre, the train is 3 minutes away. You have a huge supermarket next door and it is a very quiet area. The apartment is spacious and has a bus stop at the door to go to the center of La Spezia.

Great trip.

The apartment was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family of 5. It is very close to the train station which is convenient to go to cinque terre. There is a big free parking lot nearby. The wifi is good. The hostess was very helpful.

Beautiful appartement to visit cinque terre and La Spezia

We stayed in Casa del Vento with 4 people for 4 nights beginning of july 2022. The appartement was very clean and included everything needed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms. The airco was working just fine and that was very welcome. There is a big super market about 200 meters away, a bus stop on 10 meters and Migliarini train station is a 5 minute walk. The host Maria was very friendly and helpfull. No problems finding a parking space. The historical city center of La Spezia is very nice, with a lot of shops and restaurants, but a few kilometers from the appartement. We chose to stay outside the center because we read upfront it is very busy and parking is very difficult. We don’t mind a nice walk and there is always the bus/train if needed. Visiting cinque terre can be done easily by train from the nearby train station. Some trains are direct, for others a transfer in La Spezia central station is needed.

The room is very clean, neat and comfortable, and the owner's beautiful decoration can be seen everywhere. It is very convenient to have 2 bathroom toilets. The owner is nice and helpful.

The apartement is lovely, very comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful! I think it is a perfect place to stay several days as you have all the facilities you need.

Apartment with everything you need in good location

Everything was perfect for me and my family. I totally recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to stay in La Spezia also with small kids. There is no need to stay in the City Center. A railway station with trains to cinque terre is just 5 minutes walk away. I was always able to find a free parking space nearby and a huge supermarket is just around the corner. The owner Maria was also always nice and helpful. Thanks for offering this place.

Convenient location, minutes of walk away from train station (note, this is not the La Spezia Central station). A very large supermarket is also very close. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We really like the fact that this apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is very convenient for families like ours (2 adults and 2 children), but it can easily accommodate more people. Everything we need is provided.

Finding a parking location could be challenging. Very few restaurants in the neighborhood, but this is not a big deal since most people will want to go to La Spezia central area anyway.

A localização perto da estação de trem e a casa tinha tudo que precisamos. A casa é confortável, limpa, tem cheiro muito bom (de baunilha!) e é segura.

O ralo do banheiro estava meio entupido, mas acho que já deve ter sido resolvido.

La posizione collocata nei pressi della stazione di Migliarina, la possibilità di parcheggio non a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze, la pulizia dei locali, la cortesia e disponibilità della Sig.ra Laura, la dotazione generale dell'appartamento, la vicinanza a supermercato, ristoranti e servizi vari.

Migliorabile il livello di insonorizzazione, vista la collocazione delle camere su strada trafficata, e l'isolamento dalla luce che proviene dalle finestre
