Fabulous

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious, clean and organized. It had a magical view on the balcony and there was so much natural light. Check in and check was super easy, and the host is very communicative. Could not recommend this place more!!!

You have to walk up several flights of stairs, so it would be hard for older folks or those with disabilities.

The size of apartament , very spacious.

Air conditioning was only in the living room, and that apartment was on the 4th floor but felt like 6th and no elevator. Was under construction. The owner forgot to mention. And very noisy street, impossible to have windows open in the night.

Great value, spacious apartment with lots of restaurants andgrocery options nearby.

A great apartment that is just a 30 minute walk to the harbour. If going to Cinque Terre, or arriving in La Spezia then use the Las Spezia Migliarina train station as it is much closer to this apartment than the Centrale station. Excellent host who immediately helped us with a little issue with the fridge.

At the time we stayed the lift was being replaced so there were 80 stairs to climb - was fine for us, but may be difficult for some,

The apartment was great! Very spacious and comfortable.

The only thing I would mention it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. But if you don’t have any problems with that it was awesome.

Exceptional

It was all perfect : it was clean, very sunny, modern, with two balconies offering a wonderful viewpoint on the city. The apartment is really big and the bed was super comfortable. Thank you for all !

La Spezia una experiencia muy positiva

El apartamento estaba genial. Súper grande para una familia de 4 personas. Nuevo y muy limpio. Con todo lo necesario y comodidades. El coche se podía aparcar en las inmediaciones sin problema gratis. Está apartado del centro de La Spezia pero se puede ir andando en unos 40 min. Es una ciudad muy grande con mucha vida con montón de sitios para cenar y disfrutar unos días por la zona de Cinqueterre.

Es un cuarto sin ascensor pero están poniéndolo.

Espacios amplios, cómodo, cocina equipada, buena ubicación.

Que está en el último piso y es súper cansado subir con maletas, y que no tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Un très bel appartement, rénové récemment et bien situé avec bus à proximité.

L’emplacement, le prix, la propreté, le confort, le calme, l’équipement. C’est un joli appartement fonctionnel, fraîchement rénové.

Il manquerait une plus grande cafetière, une bouilloire, un porte manteau à l’entrée. Il faut signaler que l’appartement est au 4eme étage sans ascenseur (en construction) même si cela ne nous a pas gêné: tout de même 84 marches à gravir!! Pas de parking privé.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura e posso dire soltanto che e come sentirsi a casa,ambiente pulitissimo,cucina super atrezzata e tutto il occorente per poter trascorrere delle giornate in pieno relax...proprietario sempre presente ,ritonero sicuramente

Appartement parfait en tout point!

Séjour vraiment parfait à la spezia. -Le papa du locateur nous a accueilli à bras ouverts avec beaucoup de conseils pratiques. Ils nous a fait visité les commerces aux alentours et même présentés aux commerçants. On se sentait vraiment les bienvenus et en sécurité ensuite. -Lit extrêmement confortable (!!!!) et chambre calme la nuit. -Salon très confortable et agréable pour regarder la télévision le soir. -Cuisine bien équipée et pratique avec une magnifique vue (la photo ne rend pas justice, promis!). Épicerie juste en face. -Appartement très propre. -Très bien situé à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare de trains et juste à côté de l'arrêt d'autobus. Il a été très facile d'accéder aux cinq terres et à Porto Venere à chaque jour.

-Honnêtement, tout était parfait. -Oui, il a 4 étages à monter (ascenseur en cours d'installation, mais j'ai l'impression que ça va prendre du temps à mettre en place), mais ce ne fut pas une problématique avec nos sacs de randonnées.
