About this apartment rental
Apartment located in La Spezia, about 250 meters from the La Spezia-Migliarina railway station and 150 meters from the "Esselunga" supermarket and very close to the pharmacy. From the station you can quickly reach the Cinque Terre and a few steps from the bus stop that takes you to the city center; easy movements also for Lerici and Portovenere, Tellaro. Excellent location for visiting places outside La Spezia such as "The Carrara marble quarries", about 29km away and can be easily reached by car or train. The city is also convenient for reaching the cities of Pisa and Genoa and their airports, being at a distance of 80 km and 100km respectively.
On the first Sunday of August you can attend the city festival, the Palio del Golfo, which ends with the famous fireworks. In addition, in the summer months there are many festivals in the various areas of the city including San Giovanni Battista at the end of June, the octopus festival in Tellaro; in March on the occasion of San Giuseppe patron of the city the famous city fair. Found the place very easily. Place is quiet large and extremely comfortable. Very well supplied. 5 minutes walk to train station. Makes a day trip to the cinque terra very easy.Communication with owners was fantastic. Even when I was making silly mistakes. I highly recommend new house la spezia for a pleasant relaxing stay.

From being greeted with our keys and receiving loads of information about the property, places to eat, our visit was fantastic. The New House La Spezia location was incredibly clean and comfortable. We will gladly return!

After a long day travelling it was a welcome sight to be greeted by Silvia and Lisa. They kindly showed us the apartment, took time to explain the local boat tours, then assisted us to secure a booking at very short notice and with a discount.
The apartment was light and spacious, nicely decorated along with prints of the local area. WiFi was accessed easily, the air conditioning kept us comfortable during the warm nights of July.
A few minutes walk to the train station that will take you to La Spizia central, Chinque Terre, or in the other direction to Pisa. A great supermarket is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It is a flat easy walk of 30 minutes to La Spizia's marina.
Note, we did not enquire about laundry facilities. If required follow up with Lisa and Silvia, I am sure they would be happy and helpful in providing details.
Would be happy to stay again, suited my adult daughter and myself nicely.
